CHIPS POV

"We have to find out who killed Herobrine!" I told everyone at my house when we got back to Waflen City. "Grab your stuff, guys. We're about to start another journey!" "But Chip..." Maiden protested. "It takes the same amount of time to travel to his lair that it did to get to Minetopia! How are we-" Maidens words were interupted when the three clones knocked on my door and invited themselves in. "Going on another journey, I see?" C7x guessed. "You're not gonna have much luck," Navy scoffed. "You'll probably die." I ignored them and packed everything up. Deli finished the last bit of food in her food bowl, since she was coming, too. We then used ender pearls to get back to Minetopia.

A few minutes after leaving, we found ourselves in a place called Great Roque Mountain. There was snow everywhere. It was bigger than Cold Crystal mountain. "So. Much. SNOOOOOOOOWWWWW!!!!!!!!" Pop cheered as she started running around throwing snow in the air. "Pop, calm down!" Chad scolded. "This isn't the first time you've seen snow." "But its FUUUUUUN!" Rocket squealed as she joined Pop. "Come on, you two," sighed Kaylz. "We really don't have time for this." "Ok, fine..." Rocket grunted as her and Pop reluctantly joined us again.

That night, we were all tired from going through the huge mountain. "We should set up camp here," Jesse suggested. I nodded and started to set up the tent. While I was doing that, I saw a black and white cat, a boy, lying in the snow. I finished the last bit of the tent, then went to see what was wrong. I saw that the cat was breathing, so obviously it was alive. "Are you ok?" I asked. There was no response, so I knew he was unconcious. I picked up the cold kitty and brought it inside the tent.

Soon, the cat opened his eyes slowly and looked at me. "Who... Are... You...?" He asked. Suddenly he jumped up and sniffed my pocket, then pulled out a white tuft of fur. We both stared at it, then I realized that the tuft of fur belonged to an old friend of mine, Firefang. Flashbacks raced through my mind quickly as I remembered him: warm-hearted, serious and brave. I remembered meeting him for the first time, him helping us across Cold Crystal Mountain, occasionally fighting with Deli and then.....the ender dragon taking his life instead of everyone elses.

"You know Firefang?!" The cat interrupted my thoughts as he blurted the words out. "He's my best friend! I've known him since we were little! After the war we both got separated, though. Can you tell me how he's doing? Is he ok? Where is he?" I didn't want to tell this cat what happened to him. He'll be so upset if I tell him, I thought. But it seems like he was so close to Firefang. He met him before I did. Welp, looks like I'll have to spill the beans... "I'm really, really sorry to say this," I revealed reluctantly, "but Firefang died fighting the ender dragon." A look of both shock and sadness was planted on the cats face. "I'm going to miss him so much..." The cat whispered as he started crying.

Soon, Deli came in and wrapped her tail around the cat. "Who's that?" The black cat asked. "That's Deli," I replied. "She's my cat. She's helping us on our journey." "Journey?" A confused look wiped across his face. "What for?" "My friends and I are going to find out who killed Herobrine," I answered. There was no reply for a few minutes, but then the cat finally looked up at Deli and I. "I...I know it seems kind of strange to ask..." The cat admitted. "But... are you ok if I join you? I wanna be a hero too, just like Firefang was." "Of course you can!" I replied happily. "What's your name, though?" "Socks," the cat replied. I knew he was named after his white paws, which looked like he was wearing a pair of Socks on each set of legs.

The next day, I woke up, got dressed and grabbed my fishing rod to catch some fish for breakfast. "Morning, Chip," I suddenly heard the deep-ish voice of Travis. "Can I come fishing with you?" "Sure," I yawned, the last bits of sleep coming out of me. Travis walked over to the place where I was fishing and threw his line in the water.

"This is a nice place to fish," he whispered. "Calm, no wind, quiet..." I was about to agree with him when I saw his bobber suddenly drop into the water. "Travis, reel it in! Quick!" I whisper-yelled so I wouldn't scare the fish away. Travis nodded quickly and pulled the fishing rod towards him, reeling it in at the same time. "A salmon!" He exclaimed. "C'mon, lets bring it to everyone!"

After our nice breakfast of salmon, we started walking again when we suddenly came to a wooden bridge. It looked old, since a lot of the wooden planks were missing. "I'll go across first," Fan said as he started to step across. "Wait!" Blue stopped him, grabbing his arm. "We should let the lightest things go first. Deli and Socks, you go across first." Obediently Deli followed Socks as they walked across, jumping over the spots with missing planks. Then, from the other side, Socks called out, "It's okay to cross!" After patiently waiting his turn, Fan crossed with Kaylz, then Pop crossed with Rocket, then Blue crossed with Maiden, then Chad crossed with Travis. The only ones who hadn't crossed so far were Jesse and I. I held Jesse's hand tight, and we lightly stepped on the first plank, then another, then another.

Just then I heard a loud snap. "The bridge!" Jesse exlcaimed. "It's breaking! Run across before we fall in!" I sprinted as fast as I could to the other end of the bridge, dodging the missing planks. The whole bridge was falling into the water as we ran, so I knew there was no turning around. We successfully made it to the other side. "Phew, that was close!" Jesse admitted as we both looked at the bridge, now sunken into the water.

We continued down the mountain, and we kept walking until we came to a beautiful place called Clearwater Square. There was a perimeter of rose bushes all around, and there was an iron-bar fence. In the middle there was a fountain, with benches on the east and west side. We all stepped inside after I snapped a picture. Just then I heard a voice. I looked around, but I couldn't see anyone. "C7x?" Chad questioned. "And Jesslash and Navy?" Fan added. I turned around. The boys were right. C7x, Jesslash and Navy were standing right in front of the entrance.

"Gone so far, have you?" Navy snickered. "Lets see how far you'll go after your defeat!" "Defeat?" I echoed, but it was too late to question them anymore. The clones had already charged into battle.

The fight started when Jesslash tried to tackle Jesse. But she fought her off, while everyone else started fighting against Navy and C7x. Suddenly C7x pinned me down, but I got up and started punching her. She was punching just a little bit harder, though, when suddenly I felt her sharp fangs go into my back. It was painful, and I fell onto my hands and knees. My eyes were tightly closed, but I could see an evil face, with pointy teeth, looking straight at me.

I suddenly felt the urge to be with Navy, C7x and Jesslash.
