"Family" Cat

(Y/N) POV
Your little (h/c) paws padded the concrete floor as you wandered around in the alley. You were a little (h/c) alley cat. It was a pretty average day for you so far. You padded around in the alley a few more times before heading out to the streets. You wandered around until your nose caught a pleasant scent.

Your nose twitched and you followed the scent. You jumped and ducked and weaved your way around. Your large (e/c) cat eyes met a large, sparkly (in your opinion) building. Your eyes gleamed with excitement as you padded your way through the halls of this school. You continued following the scent and your ears twitched. You heard loud noises echoing from another large room.

Confused, you quietly headed towards the large room. Then, your nose caught on to the same scent and you quickly turned your small head to the source of smell. Your eyes sparkled and you purred. You quickly made your way around the large room and leapt onto the fence where a nice bowl of warm milk was waiting for you.

You purred with satisfaction as you drank the milk. You tuned out to the pounding noises that came from the large room as you finished up the bowl of milk. You purred once again and licked your paws.

"Ah! Captain! Look! We caught a cat!" you heard an overly excited voice yell. You flinched a little and you saw a tall, silver haired boy run towards you. You yelped and scratched his hand as he reached for you. You hissed at him.

"Oww! Bad kitty!" the tall male whined.

"That's what you get. You scared the poor thing. Look at it!" a shorter male with strawberry blond hair said, while slowly approaching you. You let him hold you and you purred when he gently scratched behind your ears.

"Ah, I guess you were right Kenma. What do you want? Apple pie or a new game?" your ears perked up when you heard a low, soothing voice. You mewed and leapt out of the short boy's arms.
You slowly made your way into the large room and your eyes wandered around. You felt large hands pick you up. You look up to find a very attractive human. He had a weird bed head hairstyle and cat-like (much like your own) golden eyes. You tilted your head a little and mewed. The rest of your body dangled as he took a good look at you.

"Eh? This cat is quite a beauty," he smirked. He looked at you, scanning your body and you purred.

"This cat's got nice curves. What a beautiful girl," he said and received a few snickers.

"What are you doing? Are you trying to seduce the cat?" a loud voice rang from behind you, making your sensitive ears hurt. You turn your head around and your ears twitched. Your eyes narrowed as you spot the human who was laughing loudly. He had a strip of blonde hair and the rest of his head was bald. You hissed at him.

"Yamamoto..." the extremely attractive human who was holding you growled. You hissed again at 'Yamamoto'.

"Hee hee I don't think she really likes you, Yamamoto," a human with spiky brown hair chuckled. He kind of reminded you of a dog and you really didn't like dogs that much so you also hissed at him.

"I don't thinks she likes you either. She just hissed at you."

"Eh?!"

Then, another pair of hands held you and the bed head man let you go. Now, you were looking at a smaller boy with pudding like hair. You have had pudding once and you really liked it so you gently pawed at the boy's hair, careful not to get it tangled.

The corners of his mouth twitched up. You just purred in reply. He set you down and crouched down. He pet your head gently and you rubbed your head against his warm palm.

You watched as the boys finished their playtime with a multicolored ball. You just wandered around while they all disappeared into a smaller room they called 'club room'.

They all piled out again in different clothes. You just happily skipped (do cats skip?) to them. You meowed, which caught their attention.

"C'mere,"Kuroo cooed, "We should name her."

"Yeah!"

"What about Catwoman?" Yamatomo exclaimed. You made a weird face and you hissed.

"How about Kuroo Junior?" Lev suggested, "She seems pretty attached to him."

"She's a girl..." Kenma said, quietly, playing his game.

"(F/N)," Kuroo smirked. You liked the sound of that so you purred.

"Not bad, as expected from the captain," Yaku smiled.

It had been a few weeks since you met the Nekoma team. They were overall pretty friendly. You felt like you really fit in when you were with them. You didn't live in the small alley anymore, you just stayed in the gym and every time the door opens, you would be up and waiting.

Today was no different. Your ears twitched and you leapt up and skipped towards the door. You grinned...or tried to...when they came in.

"Meow! (Good morning!)"

Kuroo picked you up and set you on a bench. He crouched down and grinned at you. He held his hand out to Yaku who started digging in his bag.

"We have a gift for you, (Y/N)," Kuroo said as Yaku placed something in his hand. You tilted your head in confusion.

He held out a (r/c) ribbon with a little bell on it. You meowed and sniffed it. He reached over and tied it onto your neck, finishing it off with a cute bow. You moved your head a little and heard a soft, tingling noise.

Confused, you shook your head a little harder and the tingling noise became a little louder. You just meowed, causing the team to burst out in laughter. Even Kenma smiled one of his rare smiles.

You were glad you had met them. You finally felt like you really fit in, like you had a family. You simply purred as you watched them laugh. You weren't the lonely, alley cat you were before. Now, you were the loved, "family" cat.
