I know I've only felt religion
When I've lied with you
- Halsey, Colors---
There was a knock at the door. It was a small tired knock and he didn't know who would be knocking at this hour. Stiles curses as he gets up, the knock had ruined his sleep. He was surprised to see that it was raining. Now Stiles got scared, any supernatural thing could be hiding behind the door.
Werewolf, chimera, kitsune, dread doctors, Theo (just a new species of evil) but he wasn't expecting a banshee. He wasn't expecting his little banshee standing on his front porch, soaked and looking terrified. The boy winced, expecting an ear shattering scream, but her voice was barely a whisper.
"S-Stiles?"
Stiles jumped in to action, grabbing the girl and pulling her into his house. She was so cold, her lips were blue and she watched worry come to his features. "Lydia what are you- I- it's raining." He states the obvious, closing the door behind them. He cups her face, brushing rain and tears off of her carefully. "Lyds, what's wrong?" His eyes were honey, so caring and warm. Lydia's heart ached.
"Can you just-" the girl sighed, her eyebrows furrowing. She couldn't tell Stiles what had happened that night, she couldn't tell anyone. Though he was looking at her, so worried for his shivering strawberry blonde beauty. Stiles smiled at her warmly, urging her to talk. "Can you just comfort me, no questions asked?"
First he looked confused, then he frowned, then he gave a reassuring smile followed by a small nod. He wraps his arms around her in an attempt to warm her. It only half worked, so he pulled her upstairs. Stiles could hear her teeth chattering, he could feel her shiver against him. The boy frowned and hurried his pace. "So why are you here? Like- what about Aiden?" He asks, placing her on his blue bed.
"I'm - uh - not really dating Aiden."
"What? But I though that- oh. Oh. Fuck I'm sorry I already asked you a question." He frowns, remembering walking into Coach's office that one horrible Thursday. Stiles awkwardly looks at the girl, deciding what to do with her. She didn't seem to be mad at him for asking, she was simply rubbing her hands together in an attempt to get warm. "I'll be right back." He dashes off, quickly stumbling, towards his bathroom.
The boy turned on the bath and then spent minutes staring at soap. Lavender, vanilla or roses? Eventually he just put them all in, watching bubbles come into the bath. Stiles checks the temperature, deciding it was fine before turning of the water.
When he came back the girl was in a ball on his bed, shivering. "Lyds?" She seemed startled by him being there and quickly unfolded herself. He frowns, she didn't need to hide from him. Stiles looks through his closet. He was taking forever to choose what to give her, finally Lydia just grabs his lacrosse hoodie and boxers. The boy raises his eyebrow at her, forgetting how much time she spends here. She shrugs and tugs him with her towards the bathroom.
Then Stiles got awkward, shifting his feet. "So I'll just..." The boy trails off. She could practically see the buzzcut coming back. He turns around, cursing under his breath and intending to walk away, but she stopped him. "Stay." Lydia says quietly. His eyebrows went up and he looks over his shoulder.
"Maybe that's not such a good-" but she just looked at him, emerald eyes meeting whiskey. He couldn't say no. "Alright." Stiles turns, so his back is to her, and waits. After a brief moment of him freaking out, she tells him he can turn around. Stiles gulps and sits next to the tub, holding her tiny hand. He shifts, trying not to think about the naked Lydia next to him.
For a little while he just studied their hands, intertwined together. Her hand was so much smaller than his, it was almost covered completely. Stiles thought it was adorable. Lydia listened to him breath. She heard his breathing stutter when he realized that she was staring at him. She'd never really studied Stiles like this, while they were so close. Lydia got a chance to count the little moles on his face, to study his slightly wet chestnut hair, and to fall in love with him all over again. Though, her mind came back to his breathing. His breathing never quite stayed calm around Lydia. She smiles.
Stiles is hers. At least, for tonight.
Once he realizes that he's mesmerized their hands, he speaks. "I miss you." He says. Stiles doesn't take his eyes off their hands, but flinches when he hears her moving a little. "I saw you yesterday." Lydia replies. He sighs and shifts around on the cold white floor. "Yeah but you haven't came over in like a month. I miss arguing over Star Wars and Harry Potter, even though Star Wars will always be the best. I always cave and watch Harry Potter though, 'cause it makes you happy."
Stiles realizes it would be best not to keep talking but he couldn't stop. "And you scare me. I shouldn't let you scare me this much Lyds, but I just- what if I lost you? What if you got hurt and what if I never got a chance to do my ten year plan? What if I love you. What if-" but he was cut off when he was pulled into the bath with her."Lydia what are yo-" again he was cut off by the girl. She presses her lips to his easily.
He ignores everything in the world because Lydia Martin is his, no questions asked.

I'm in love with this song. Not to mention Tyler Posey in the music video. (Pause to take in that awesomeness)
Anyways, I realized I have too many Stydia ideas that are just sitting in my notes, and so this was born. I'll try to make every chapter at least 1000 words.
Kik me requests (sgtfun94010) or just comment requests.
All I have to say now is: your little brother never tells you but he loves you so, you said your mother only smiles on her TV show.
