The Secret Door

The Beginning

A/N Alex is living with her friends Molly and Jasmine.

"Alex, this place is freaking awesome. How did you afford this?" Molly asked.

"I saved up my money from my job as a doctor and bought this mansion." I said.

"Wow, thanks for inviting us to live with you. My mom kicked me out because I didn't have a job." Jasmine said.

"You're lucky you have parents." I said. "Mine disappeared one day and never came back."

"So!" Said Molly. "Why don't we move our stuff into rooms?"

"That's a great idea."

Three hours later
"Hey guys, look. It's a locked door." Said Molly.

No duh, I thought

"We should open it." Said Jasmine.

I looked on the key ring. "I don't have the key."

Molly took out her bobby pin and began picking the lock.
After a couple of minutes, the lock clicked, signaling the door was unlocked.

We walked in and looked around. We saw all kinds of things. Books,shoes,toys, etc. But the thing that really caught my eye was an ancient looking mirror with a paper draped over it, and on the paper, it said: EVIL DO NOT REMOVE THIS PAPER! THIS MIRROR IS BAD LUCK!
Molly and Jasmine came over to the mirror and Molly said,

"Wow, that is one extremely old looking mirror."

"Well, I'm tired, let's go to bed." Said Jasmine.

Jasmine and I were about to leave the room when we heard paper moving. We turned around to see the mirror uncovered.

"MOLLY!!!" Me and Jasmine both said.

"What?" She said. "I wanted to see what it looked like without the paper."

"Molly." Jasmine said between clenched teeth. "Did you even think to read that paper?"

"No, because reading hurts my brain."

Jasmine and I decided to just cover up the mirror again and go to bed, because we were to tired to argue with Molly.

That night was the first night of my jinxed life.
