Sollux x Reader <> Aradia AU

Chapter 1 - The Café

You walked down the road to head to the coffee shop. Your best friend, Aradia, was walking with you.
"So, have you been to Hot Topic lately? How about Spencer's? They've got some cool new stuff." She asked you as you both entered the small café. The warm aroma of coffee and doughnuts filled your nose, making you take a light inhale of happiness. Turning to your best friend, you smiled.
"Actually, I haven't been there recently. We should go sometime. What's there?"
Discussing the merchandise at the stores, you both got your f/f and f/D and sat at a nearby table. You nibbled at your f/f while Aradia discussed the stuff at the stores. Her black hair fell over her shoulders and down her back. Her black short sleeve shirt and ripped up grey skirt suited her slightly plump body type all the way. Her curly horns made her eyes pop but....her eyes. Her eyes were so...blank. An accident happened that killed her and now...she was just a soul in an empty body.
You relaxed, sipping your f/D. Suddenly, a particular blur of your vision caught your interest. You turned your head to see a troll like Aradia at the counter. He was standing with someone else. The second person was a troll who wore a black sweater and his horns were small nubs. He wore tight grey pants and had his arms crossed angrily.
"Ugh, Sollux, can we go yet?" The troll grumbled.
You looked to his side to see a troll with two sets of horns on shaggy hair. His skinny body was covered by a black baggy short sleeved shirt with a complimenting pair of baggy grey pants.
You felt a warm blush approach your cheeks. Who was he? Why did you like him? You only knew his name....Sollux...
"Hello? Y/n." Aradia brought your focus back to her.
"Oh...sorry, Aradia. I guess I was daydreaming." You giggled.
"You're fine. I was just talking about that....excuse for a troll over there." She said with disgust.
"Huh?"
"His name is Sollux. Unfortunately, he's my ex. We loved each other until...I died...Then he forgot about me and moved on."
Poor Aradia. She never fell in love easy. She could never find the right guy. And her death...she never told you how she died...it must me hard.
