You jumped behind a tree to catch your breath. The glow levitated past you. His striped shirt and hair was splashed with a bright yellow honey and burgundy liquid. Was that....no. Aradia!
You covered your mouth as tears poured down your pale cheeks. You were shivering in fear. The one you love had just killed your best friend when under control of someone from their own kind. Now it was your turn to die...
"Sollux..." you whispered to yourself. You caught the mindslave's attention. He turned to you, his eyes glowing bright with eye beams ready. Knowing you were going to die, you hugged him. You were shaky and scared, but you still loved him. Through your sobs of fear, you mummured what you thought were your last words.

You waited for the pain of death, feeling nothing. You looked up at him, seeing him float toward Vriska.
"N-no! W-what are you-? No! NO!!! I'M SORRY!!!! Please! No!!!" You heard her scream. You heard the lasers and no more screaming. You heard a body drop to the ground. The glowing all stopped. You peeked out from behind the tree as you saw Vriska's body on the ground, top and bottom half of her split in two. Sollux, with yellow, red, and blue covering his skinny body, fell to the ground unconscious.
