~Haruhiko's POV~

I stood outside of the abandoned factory, waiting for the others to arrive. Ruru and I came earlier to explore around the factory. There were shattered windows, vines growing out of almost all the cracks, and the building looks like it'll crumble down at any moment. The roof of the building looked fragile and could easily be broken by just a person standing on it. Ruru decided to fly around the building and check it out. I told her not to go in because the phantoms might be in there. I gripped tighter on my bag, hoping the others will arrive already. I looked up to see Ruru flying towards me. "No signs of phantoms from the outside," Ruru said. "It must be inside or it isn't here yet," I replied.

A few minutes later, the girls arrived and we decided to head it. I carried one of the flashlights while Mai had the other. We got in and saw huge capsules and pipes running everywhere on the ceiling. I could hear the scattering of rats and the wind blowing slightly through the broken windows. No wonder why it was abandoned. This place was like a haunted mansion. I felt chilling winds and saw fog. I felt a chilling feeling run down my spine and I'm sure so did the others. We turned on our flashlights and looked at each other. "Should we split up or stay together?" Reina asked scared. "Best we stay together l. We don't know really how strong this phantom is. And we don't even know what it's capable of." Koito said.

We stuck together and began to walk around the factory. While walking we could even hear the ceiling crumble a little. "Stop," Mai said, freezing in one place. We all stopped and froze in place, listening for any sound. We heard a low deep growl that echoed through the factory. "Everyone follow me and quietly." Mai hissed quietly and crouched slightly then began walking towards the sound. The rest of us crouched and followed her. We arrived at the middle of the factory where there was a large empty area with moonlight shining on the area.

We heard another growl but this was closer. "Hide!" Koito whispered, grabbing Reina's and Mai's hand and his behind the closest large capsule. I grabbed Ruru and Kurumi's hand then his behind the other capsule. We felt the ground shake and dust began to fall on our heads. I looked over my shoulder to see a large dark red dragon-like thing with purple markings. It was huge! It was as tall as the factory! It arrived in the middle of the building and its purple markings began to glow. It closed its eyes and growled softly. I looked over to the girls and signaled them. They nodded in response and came out from their hiding spots quietly.

I usually let the girls fight the phantoms since they're the ones with powers. Mai's ability is called the "Spirit of the Five Elements" which allows her to use the five elements. The bad thing is that it requires her to rub different areas on her sides to channel a specific element. Koito's ability is very powerful when she sings, she can make chains appear that will bind or stun phantoms. Reina's ability allows her to seal phantoms by eating them. Kurumi's ability is using her teddy bear, Albrecht, in battle. Albert will become a larger version during battle. My ability is "The Book of Thoth" which allows me to draw the phantom to seal them. I can also summon phantoms.

I took out my sketchbook and began to draw the phantom. The four girls sneaked closer to the phantom as it was still distracted. But before they could attack, the dragon opens its eyes and saw the four girls. It let out a loud roar before swing its large tail at them. The girls jumped back before it could hit them and got into battle position. "I summon the water phase from my kidneys to my fists," Mai murmured while rubbing her sides. Then she ran towards the dragon with water surrounding around her fist. She then punching the dragon in the chest, causing the dragon to roar with anger. The dragon then swayed its claw at Mai, causing her to fly towards the wall.

"Break, break, break, break into the tune of creation. Tune, tune, tune, tune tunnel the flames." Koito chanted then blasting waves of flames at the dragon phantom. But the hit barely even left a mark on the phantom. The dragon let out a roar of lightning, hitting Koito causing her to fall to her knees in pain." "Minase-chan! Mai-senpai!" I yelled. I looked over to Reina and Kurumi who stood there in fear. "Izumi-chan! Kurumi-chan! Run!" I shouted. But they didn't move, they were frozen in fear. I ran toward them and stood in front of them. I flipped to another page of my sketchbook and began to draw another phantom to summon. But before I could finish drawing, the dragon swung its tail towards us and sent us all flying towards the wall. I felt my back hit the wall hard then landing on the ground.

I looked over to the others who were now all tattered up and couldn't even move. The sketchbook I had was still there, I must have dropped it when I got hit. I couldn't feel my legs anymore. I looked up to see the dragon walking towards us. "Is this it....." Kurumi asked in fear. None of us said anything, we only watched as death walked towards us. I closed my eyes, waiting for it to end us.

But instead, I heard a crash from the ceiling and a shocked screech from the dragon. I opened my eyes to see a figure standing before me. They were wearing a black cape with their hood on. I couldn't see their face, all I could see was their back side. "Stay out of my way," The figure said. They slowly walked up to the dragon as if it was nothing. The dragon let out a roar then stomped its claw on the person. The dragon then lifted its claw and looked at it with confusion. It began to look around for something. I narrowed my eyes to see that nothing was on its claw, the person must have had dodged it. But how? I didn't even see them dodge!

I then heard a whistle from above to see the person standing on one of the pipes. The person then jumps down from the pipe and drives back her fist to gain more impact. Her fist then was surrounded by a black fire. She punched the dragon on top of the head making it screech in pain. It must have been super powerful because the dragon's head was pushed onto the ground, making the ground shake and crack around the dragon. I watched in awe as the person fought the dragon. The person got off the dragon and stood a few meters away. The person then took a deep breath and let out a loud howl. The howl was so powerful that the dragon covered its ears and flew back against the wall.

After 5 minutes of them fighting , the dragon was now breathing heavy and part of its wing was ripped off. The person didn't even seem to be affected, they weren't even hit once. The girls and I had recovered from our hit. I told them that we needed to stay out of their way. The person ran towards the dragon, sending it one last powerful punch. The dragon didn't stand the person's powers any longer and fell onto its side. The person took out a dagger and sliced the phantom in the chest. The phantom seemed to have disappeared into midair after that.

The girls and I stood up and watched the figure put away their dagger. They seemed to have sense that we were staring. They walked towards us until we were only a meter away. "I'm quite disappointed in what happened. I expected better, especially from you Haruhiko." They said.

"Wait how do you kno-" Before I finished my sentence, I recognized the voice. The voice that I never heard from a long time. The voice that the last time I heard, drove me to tears. The voice belongs to that one person.

The person took off their hood and gave me a small toothy smile, "Hello again brother."
