Chapter 15

Jackson's POV:
Sarah came rushing into my room at the hospital. "Jackson! Jackson!" My eyes sliced open. "Yes? What's wrong?" You could hear the worry in my voice. She was huffing and panting really quickly, I couldn't understand what she was saying she was talking too fast. "Sarah, slow it down!" I demanded. "Sorry.. Sorry" she looked down. Looking back up she started her story. "Okay, so you had this really strong drug put into you so that you'd sleep through everything and anything for a couple of days right." I nodded signalling her to go on. "Yep and just yesterday.. When you were still in a deep slumber there was an explosion" She grabbed my hand, bringing me out of bed. We walked over to the front pf the building. My mouth dropped, I then covered my mouth with both hands. As we walked back to my room she kept talking. "The explosion was caused by a rolling car, we do not know how it starting tumbling but then it caught on fire and exploded. No body was killed but two people were injured badly. Those two people were Danielle and Liz..." She stopped but I could tell she hadn't finished her story. I felt a tear slide down my face, she continued. "They both almost died.. Liz's leg was trapped under a car seat and Dani was trying to get her out. When Dani got Liz out she picked her up in her arms and ran as fast as she could to try and get away from the car that was about to explode. It exploded and they weren't far enough so the force lifted them and they went flying. Liz ended up with a deep cut in her leg and left arm, also a bloody ear which she can not hear out of. Dani got out with glass all over her and cuts and bruises all round. They are in this hospital, do you want to go see them?" I didn't wait to respond, I was out of the room, Sarah not far behind me. I walk out the back lobby to find a cute lady at the desk, she smiled at me as I walked over to her. I gave her a quick smile, she knew I needed something and quick. As I approached the desk I asked the lady, "What room is Danielle in?" Her eyes moved from me down to the paper that lay on the desk, she scanned it and her eyes immefiently stopped and she looked back up at me. "205" I nodded, I still didn't move. My eyes were struggling to keep steady down the hallway. I looked over to her, my eyes burning at the sight of her orangy coloured eyes. We locked eye contact, we were just looking deeply into each others eyes. What was this ladies problem? I hear a faint cough behind me, causing both of our eyes to snap towards Sarah who was standing to my left. "Anything else you need?" the lady at the counter said. I looked down at her badge, her name is 'Lila'. Cute name I thought, snapping me out of my thoughts Sarah pipes up. "Yes ma'am, can I please have the room of Liz?" The ladies eyes were pinned to the paper straight away, again scanning for a name and room number. Her eyes snapped up to mine for a split second, then zipped over to meet Sarah's. "190" she said slowly. Could she speak any slower? "Thankyou" Sarah grabbed my arm and pulled me dowm the hallway. I crashed my eyes on those blazing orange eyes once more, wait. Where is she? I stopped, Sarah's head snapped back at me. "What is it?" She asked. "The lady at the counter.. She's gone." Sarah's head turned to the counter, still no lady. "We have no time to worry about that at the moment, we have to get going. I nodded and continued walking the down the corridor, zooming past numbers, scanning them. Trying to find rooms 190 and 205, I saw the room 190 and stopped in my tracks. "This is Liz's room isn't it?" Sarah nodded. I walked over to the white, smooth door and knocked softly. The door opened, revealing a man with a pale face, brownish hair that stuck up in that horrible new look that everyone has other than me. He greeted us with a smile and politely gestured us to come in. We saw Liz laying on a bed with a girl working on her ear, a man working on her arm and the man the greeted us at the door gave us both masks and he then walked over to her leg. Sarah walked outside, she couldn't take this, she told me that she was going to stay outside the whole time. I was watching them swiftly work on the different parts of her damaged body. She was asleep so we couldn't talk to her so after about five minutes I waved and walked out the door. Sarah was out there so we went looking for room 205. From what Sarah had said, I think Dani will be awake. We were walking for about three minutes until our eyes fell onto the number 205. I faintly knocked on the door, a lady opened the door with a smile planted on her face. "Come in" We walked into the room, it wasn't as gross as Liz's room and Dani was awake, as I expected. So Sarah stayed in to talk to Danielle. Dani must've heard us come in because her eyes snapped up at us, her eyes calmed as she saw that it was us that came through the door. She let out a faint sigh "Hey guys" A small smirk formed in the corner of her lips. "Are you okay?" My head twisted towards Sarah, her eyes were filled with worry. "Yeah, i'm fine" Dani cracked a faint smile. Sarah let out a sigh of relief, so did I. Dani was fine other than she still had a couple more pieces of glass jabbed into her skin.
Dani's POV:
It was getting quite late now and I needed some rest. "I need some rest. Come see me tomorrow?" I asked. "Yeah sure. When will you be out?" Sarah asked. "Maybe in two or three days" I replied. She smiled. She came over to me, planted a small kiss on my forehead and left the room giving me a slight wave, Jackson leaving close behind. He shot me a quick wave and a one second eye contact, we then broke our quick gaze as he walked out of the door. He didn't notice that Sarah was standing right innfront of him and he slightly bumped into her. I chuckled and fell my eyes snapped shut.

I hope you like this chapter. Quite boring to write but the chapter previous was jam pscked so I decided to tone it down a little bit. Thankyou for getting so far into my book, I hope you enjoy it! Also, there will be a few spelling mistakes but after I have finished this book, I will go through and edit it.
