Chapter one- Witch

"Kayton!" Johanna screams from the bottom of the stairs. What now?

"cominggg!" Is my response as I set my laptop aside, getting off of my bed and strolling towards the door, taking my time. As I suspected he is at the bottom of the staircase. One of her wrinkly old hands rests on her hip and the other is cupping the wooden ball the ends the bannister.

"are you finished that bloody homework yet? You have things to do, you have a job, you can't spend forever on school!" school is not only my escape but it's also the only thing that might get me out of here. I work for Johanne but I can't stand it, I want to be something better, more inspiring. Doing what I don't know and I am hopeless at anything that would come close to inspiring anybody. I swear I'm hopeless at anything though.

Trust me I think that song- what is it?- walks like rihanna? Yeah I think it was written about me. I can't sing, I can't dance, apparently I've got a nice ass so when I walk everybody can't help but stare. Whatever... But thats not all I can't do. It's a very long list.

"I'm only half way through its a ten page story and I'm only on page four." I whine back, anger clear in my voice. JaQ and Moni are stand behind Johanne, enjoying the show.

"well get bloody writing then. You are useless. I need you at work." I bite my tongue because whenever she says that, my eyes wonder to her two princesses and I want to scream 'well why don't they two do some work for a change, this is important!' I'm surprised I still have a tongue and it hasn't fallen off.

"this is important Johanne. I need to finish this, I only have the weekend left and I've only just started for today." my anger is growing stronger and half the time I wonder if I only put up with it for dad.

"well fuck off back to your room and get it done! And shut that fucking noise up!" that'll be FVK getting a dig then. I turn my back on her, storming bak into my room before slamming the door. "DON'T SLAM MY NEW DOORS!" she roars at me and I open the door again, closing it lightly. Of course I wait for her to return to the kitchen before I walk out of my only safe place in this house and I go to the bathroom, slamming that door.

When I get back to my bedroom I slam that door too and turn up my music, going back to my writing. One hour later and I'm done. It was only a six page story but I had to give myself more time. I also want to write some stories of my own. At least this can have some rudeness in.

"hey babe, Johanne is being a witch again. I managed to miss out on work today though." I say when Ben finally picks up.

"well done. I'm coming over, bringing some movies and munches and we'll have a brilliant night." soon after he hangs up and I'm actually excited for tonight. He always does this when Johanne is acting like this. So almost every night.

When Ben finally gets here I relax so much because she is always so sweet with Ben. Its hell, she doesn't act like that any other time, only when he's here. Everyone is nice to me when he is around.

We sit in my room and snuggle on the bed.

I will give you a back story on the next update! Which will be up by the end of next week!

Yes I have put this up early as I wrote it and as usual I'm just too inpatient and had to post it! Plus my auntie had my little cousin today! Baby Logan Oswald! He looks just like Jack- my other little cousin- we still haven't been to see them though. Will have to be tomorrow!

By the 13th I will have the next one up! :)

Ps the picture at the side of the last chapter is how I see Kay and yes as Hayley Williams!
