Hanako's POV
I was walking back home while thinking about how Naruto didn't pass and how he looked sad...
"I'm sure he'll pass next time. He's strong. I just know it..." I told myself.
I open the door and walk inside,
"Tadaima!" I called out to let Hatake-san know that I'm back home.
Z ran towards me and jump on my face,"Hanako!!! I missed you!!!" He shout out while clinging to my face.
"Ugh..! Z!! Get off!!" I tried pulling him away but he just clinged tighter.
"Z!! I can't see!!!" I yelled out to him as I pull harder. Finally, I got him off my face. I place him on my palm,
"I know that you miss me, Z. And, I miss you too. But, don't just jump on my face. Okay?" I gave him a 'understood?' look.
He nod his head,"Sorry Hanako..." He apologized while wearing a guilty look.
"Its okay, Z. Just make sure that it doesn't happen next time." I smile at him and place him on my shoulder. I was about to walk to the living room but stopped when I saw Hatake-san looking at me questionably.
I'm guessing he's confused...
"Hello Hatake-san." I greeted him with a smile.
"You can understand 'it'?" Hatake-san ask while staring at Z.
"I'm not an 'it'!! I have a name!! You stupid perverted guy with a weird hair!!" Z yelled angrily at him.
I cover my mouth trying to hold in my laughter but can't, so I laugh out loudly while holding my stomach.
Hatake-san look at me in confusion,"Why are you laughing Hanako?" He ask me.
I giggle at him,"It was just something Z said." I replied while smiling at him.
"O..Kay..? What did 'it' say? It seems to be mad at me for some reason." He look at Z with a raised eyebrow.
"He's not an 'it', Hatake-san, his name is Z. Please refrain from calling him an 'it'. He doesn't like it." I told him.
"Okay. Well, dinner's ready. You can come and eat." He said and went inside the kitchen.
He cooked dinner...?
I walk inside the kitchen and look at the table. I sweatdrop at the meals he made...
Its burnt... Is it even edible...? I couldn't just not eat it or else he'll feel offended...
"Hatake-san, its looks t-tasty!" I clap my hands together while smiling at him.
"Really? Then, let's eat." He sat down on the chair.
I sat down opposite to him, we join our hands together,"Ittadakimasu." I pick up the chopstick and pick up a charcoal-ish meat, I look at it warily.
I just hope I don't die from this...
I put it in my mouth and chewed it slowly. I almost puke it out but seeing Hatake-san's look of anticipation stopped me from doing so. I close my eyes and swallow the meat slowly,
"I-Its g-good, Hatake-san! I l-like it!" I smile and gave him a thumbs up.
His eye lit up at my words,
