** Well, this is where it gets just a little bit more exciting :) so uh yeah... enjoy haha**

Alex's POV

I woke up in the Maserati, excited that tomorrow, we would be in Harris Creek. I pulled out the box of crackers and ate them, waiting for Anthony to get up, I looked in the glove compartment, under the seat, and basically all around the small car that my brother was so obsessed with. I didn't find much, other than a map and some pens.

"Alex? What time is it?" Anthony had woken up.

"Time for us to get to driving." I laughed. I looked down at my watch. "It's eight a.m. by the way."

Anthony attempted to stretch but that's hard to do when you're six foot tall and in a small car. He turned on the car and began to drive again.

All of the Dead Walkers turned around when they heard us drive and began chasing us as we quickly bent around the many cars. They were pretty slow and quit running once we were a lot farther ahead. Eventually, we just started driving on the side of the road.

"Hey Alex, we're about here," Anthony said pointing to the map, "How many miles away are we from Harris Creek?"

I checked the map and began measuring out the miles.

"We're about... forty miles away? We'll be there by lunchtime." I said, folding up the map and putting it in the glove compartment.

I stared out the window, completely bored out of my mind.  I found an old book in one of the beach bags from another car. It was some sappy love story where, of course, the guy gets the girl. I fell asleep when I was on chapter three.

"Alex. Alex, get up." Anthony wispered as he nudged me awake.

"Are we there?" I opened my bright green eyes wide.

"No. I'm sorry, but you haven't reached your destination." The voice was raspy, as though the speaker was a fluent smoker.

I looked up. Anthony's face showed no expression. The both car doors were open and a person stood on each side of the car. There was a woman next to me, with long and bright red hair pulled into a braid over her shoulder and down to her waist. She was skinny, but tall. She had the form of a professional volleyball player. She wore all black, and sunglasses covered her eyes. On her left hip was a pistol, on the other was a knife.

There was a man on Anthony's side. He was also a ginger, but had less freckles. He was also bulky. He couldv'e been a football player for all I knew. He also wore all black and seemed to have the same weapons as the woman. He didn't have any sunglasses to cover his gray, see-through like eyes. I didn't know if the woman had the same eye color, but the resembled in almost every way, from their noses to their frown. They were obviously siblings, possibly even twins.

"Please step out of the car." I grabbed the bag of food and Anthony pulled the keys out of ignition. We got up and I saw a red Tahoe that was still on. It must've been theirs.

"State your names." The guy said.

"Ale--" I was cut off.

"Why should we tell you?" Anthony asked.

The girl pulled out her gun and aimed it at my brother's forehead.

"I'm Anthony, and this is my little sister Alex." He quickly said.

She put the gun down. "Interesting. Now where are you going, what are your intentions?"

"We're going to Harris Creek to stay safe from the Dead Walkers." I piped up.

This time, the man with red hair spoke. "Cynthia, you take the boy, I'll drive the girl. Boss needs new workers and if their from Andrews, then they must be good travelers." He held up our map. How long was I asleep for again?

Somehow, they managed to get me to sit in the front seat of the Tahoe. As I looked out the mirror, I watched the Maserati follow us. Cynthia was driving and Anthony looked a little upset that someone else was driving his car.

As we drove, I noticed we passed a huge fence with vines lacing the black poles. Next to it was a large sign with the faded words "Harris Creek." There was an overgrown golf course and a gross looking fountain from what I could see through the large fence. It looked completely zombie proof still.

The man kept driving.

"Uh, sir? That was Harris Creek." I said. He didn't take his eyes off the road.

"I know."

"Well, where are we going?"

"You'll see." His voice was really monotone.

"Well, could you at least tell me your name?" I asked.

There was a moment of silence for almost a complete minute.

"I don't remember it." He finally said. Though he was very tough looking, and I'd only just met him, he looked truly hurt. I decided not to ask him any more.

"I'm sorry." I said as I turned around to face the road again.

"It's okay, you didn't cause my amnesia, right?" He laughed a laugh that was raspy and sounded fake.

After about ten more minutes, he spoke again. "Ahh, here we are."

I guess I was about to find out where "here" is.

** So this is chapter four :) I'm going to post pictures of what all of the characters look like, and I'm already beginning to work on chapter five. Leave a vote if you like and comment what you want to happen in the end! I just might change the ending up if I like it ;)**
