"An adventure?" Alice asked, intrigued. "What kind?" She asked again in the same tone. "A crazy one." Tyler said, looking her in her beautiful, blue eyes. "Sounds dangerous." She said. "Also pretty random." "Well I don't have time to sweet talk you right now hahaha." Tyler laughed. "I did something bad. I need to get far, far away very, very soon before the police find me." "Let me ask you something." Alice said. "Alright." Tyler said, preparing for the question. "Are you mad?" Alice asked, a hint of irritation in her voice. Tyler smiled. "I prefer the term crazy, Alice." He said calmly. He walked toward her and whispered in her ear. "I think madness is more your strong suit, ya know what I mean?" He said, confidently.
Alice rolled her eyes. "Let's go hahaha." Alice said. She took Tyler's wrist and went into the house. "I have to hurry and completely change my appearance." Tyler said. The house was dark and completely empty and dark. "Where is everyone?" He asked. "I live alone." She said. "I'll tell you my 'story' later. Just hurry and dress up."
"I need a knife." Tyler said. "Why?" Alice asked, concerned. "Just give me one. I have one, but I can't use it on myself." Tyler explained. Alice went to a room and got an...interesting looking knife. She handed it to Tyler and Tyler went and found the bathroom and closed the door and locked it as soon as he got the blade. Alice got a little worried. While in the bathroom, Tyler took a good look at himself. "We wear masks because we are scared to show our faces." He whispered. "I'm tired of wearing mine. And behind my mask, however; is pure insanity!" He yelled as he stuck the knife in his mouth and ripped his mouth. Blood was gushing out and Tyler couldn't stop coughing and screaming. Alice kicked the door down and just stared. Tyler looked at her from the corner of his eye. "I'm gonna sew that up." She said. She calmly walked out shaking. She wasn't regretting the decision of meeting him at all for some reason.
She sewed the part of his face where it was cut open. Tyler eventually passed out. Alice sat there and waited until he woke up. Tyler woke up and Alice shot a worried look straight toward him. "Are you okay?" She asked. "Of course not." He said. "I'm completely lost. It doesn't make sense how a simple experience can turn you into a completely different person." Alice touched the sewed up part of his face. "I completely understand." She said. Tyler got up from the couch. "I feel really dizzy." He groaned. "Well you lost a lot of blood, silly." Alice teased.
"Do you have any more weapons?" Tyler asked. "Lucky for you, I do." Alice replied. "Get all of them. Ammo, blades, guns. EVERYTHING." He said. "Yes, sir!" She said.
Half an hour later, she came back with two duffel bags of guns, knives, and ammo. "Hahahaha." Tyler busted out laughing. "This'll come in handy." He said, looking in the bag she handed him. "Now tell me your name, or we aren't going anywhere." Alice demanded. Tyler started thinking about what his new name should be.
"Jack." Jack said, in a determined voice.
