Chapter 4

CHAPTER 4:

I woke up to a bright light. The Sun. I sat up and looked around. My eyes landed on Ryder. He didn't have any of the blankets on him. I looked at his chest. Damn he has one sculpted chest. In my old pack the guys were built. But Ryder has the best I have ever seen.

My eyes traveled down his chest to his AMAZING v-lines and to his boxer. I heard a throat clear and looked at Ryder's face. "Like what you see," he asked in his raspy morning voice. I almost let a moan. Key word almost. "Maybe," I said now finding my voice. I got up and walked to Kellan's room.

He was sitting on the floor of his room. He was looking at the floor with his head in his hands. "Hey, monkey, what are you doing," I asked. Ryder was right right behind me. "Mommy, why did they have to attack our pack," he asked. Here we go. "I don't know," I whispered  and still continued. "But I have sometime that I think will cheer you up."

He looked up from the floor.

"What," he asked. "How about you go get a bath then we can go get you some clothes and some ice cream," i said. "Really," he asked. "You are full of questions this morning aren't you," I said. He started giggling. "I don't want to take a bath, but I can pick out my clothes," he said with some pride."Ok, then I am going to get ready," I said truning around. "Can daddy come, too," Kellan asked. I looked up at Ryder and he answered "Sure."

I walked out of Kellan's room and into Ryder's room. "You know you promised me something yesterday," Ryder said from the door way. The memories of yesterday came floding back to me as I felt heat rush to my cheeks.

"Oh, really," I said playing it cool. I felt hands on my waist and Ryder's hot breath on my neck. "Yes," he breathed on my neck. He started kissing and sucking on my neck. I let out a little moan and turned my self in his arms. He looked into my eyes and then crashed his lips on mine. 

The sparks flew. I put my hands around his neck and his hands ran up my sides. He ran his tongue over my bottom lip asking for entrance. I thought I should have some fun with this. When I didn't open my mouth, Ryder nibled my bottom lip this time. I still didn't give in. He snaked his arms around my waist and gave my bottom a little squeze as I let out a yelp. He used this to plunge his tongue in my mouth. He didn't leave any part of my mouth unexplored. I was almost out of breath, Ryder somehow sensed it. When our lips seperated I let out a little whimper.

He smirked against my mouth. He got to my spot and I let out a moan. I heard a gasp and looked in the door way to see a girl who looked very familiar. Then I came to me.

I pushed Ryder off me. "Beth," I said with the biggest smile I had put on sinse I had left. I ran to Beth and pulled her into a bone crushing hug. Then I was flung off of Beth and into the wall.

I looked up to see the Beta. Ryder was now in the bathroom. When he heard me land on the wall he came out of the bathroom. His eyes landed on mine and then his eyes landed on the Beta. ryder had his Beta by the neck on the wall beside the door. I think I needed help. Black dots were spoting my vision. "Ryder," I managed to choke out.

He tore his eyes away from his beta and looked at me. When he saw me he dropped his beta to the ground and came running to me. His beautiful eyes were the last thing I saw before I blacked out.

Beep

Beep

It this thing beeps one more time.

Beep.

That's it. I sat up and opened my eyes. I looked around the room. I wasn't in Ryder's room anymore. I was in what looked like a hospital room.

My eyes landed on a sleeping Ryder. He was sprawled out on a couch on the far wall. He was shirtless for some reason but I didn't mind, at all. He was so handsome when he was asleep. He looked so peaceful, but his chest was AMAZING!!! Don't get me wrong his eyes were my favorite part about him but his chest was a close second.

I swung my legs off the bed and got up. I was in the same pajamas that I blacked out in. Ryder needed to wake up. I got on the couch and straddled Ryder.

I bent down to his ear and whispered "It's time to wake up, babe," Ryder still didn't wake up. I peppered kisses up his jaw. His eyes fluttered open. His eyes. Good, I love his eyes. "Your awake," he said in a raspy morning voice that turned me on. "I've noticed," I said. Then I crashed my lips on his.
