iron man or captain america?

So the new captain America movie (which is basically avengers 3 and I don't really think should be a captain America movie.)
Is out in less than 2 weeks. I have been looking forward to this one in particular for a long time. Captain America civil war, which is a film adaptation of the marvel civil war comic in I believe 2006. I won't go into detail into the comic due to spoilers, so IL just spoil some small stuff like the plot that the trailers have not shown. If we assume that they decided to keep the basic plot of the comic to the movie of course.

So in the comics a superhero registration law is passed, due to the fact that hero's can do basically do whatever and while saving people, there is usually dustruction, people are afraid and against superheroes, so to maintain and limit them a law is passed. Every superhero who refuses to sign the registration is captured and taken into a prison in the negative zone (marvel doesn't have the rights to the negative zone so in the movie it's just a special prison I think) along with captured villains.
The flaw with this registration act is that the heroes must reveal their identities so the world can know and trust them. This however exposes their family members, because if people can't hurt the heroes, they can attack their loved ones. This doesn't effect heroes like Ironman or captain america because the world already knows all about them and who they are, this act affects heroes like spider man (team iron man), and ant man (team cap). Spidey because of aunt may and Mary Jane, and ant man because of his daughter.

So naturally, some heroes were completely against this. This is where cap comes in and rebels, starts his own crew. His reason is that doing this limits their freedom and exposes everyone. Iron man is with this act. He claims that they need to be put and check, and in the end it's for the greater good and gets better results in the end.

In the movie, they seem to have added more to the plot. Bucky is being hunted down, and cap being his best friend saves him and recruits him on his side. This adds to the plot and makes it more interesting in my opinion. Now overall I am on team iron man for a few reasons A) I don't like, but agree with his logic more. B) I prefer him over captain america and C) his team is also cooler.

Now in the movie there is obviously a lot less heroes than in the comics due to not having the rights to those heroes, or not having introduced them because there are so many. So in the movie it's not really much of a war, more like a civil battle. That's understandable and the movie still looks really good. In the movie team captain America consists of: captain america, the winter soldier, scarlet witch, ant man, hawkeye, and falcon. Team iron man has: iron man, the vision, war machine, black widow, black panther and spider man.

Honestly the movie does look like it's going to be really good. Plus we can't forget that crossbones is in this too. So what side do you guys choose? Honestly, if I guessed I'd say most of you are on iron man's because you like him better, but it's just a guess.
Anyways, the trailer for civil war 2 (the comic) Is out on marvels youtube channel. The first issue will be released in june. I'll be sure to cover that another time.
