Chapter Twenty Three

Damia POV:
We were all sitting down & laughing . Kaden was asleep on my chest and Pey was asleep on Lyric . So basically it was me , Lyric , & Chass .

Chass: so Mia what exactly happened that day .

Me: well , as you know I was going to get my phone from the car , I leaned in and I felt some sharp poke me . then I didn't remember anything until I got to the house . Then I heard Moni & Rayshaun . He said the reason he was doing this because I left him and his girls . so I told him I have children too . Then I found out my mom fiancé was behind all this . Basically they turned me into their sex slave and made me do everything .

By now I was into tears . I just went through to much . so many times during those 3 years I just wanted to let go . but I knew I couldn't I had to be here for my kids and God wouldn't let me . I'm glad I didn't .

Chass: I'm proud of you Mia .

Lyric: me too mama .

Me: well let's get some sleep .

Lyric: yeah .

We all went upstairs and laid down in my room .

Jacquees POV:
I can't believe I just seen Mia . I thought I would never see her again . I'm glad I did though . I really missed her , to be honest I love Mia more than I love myself. She's my everything . but I messed that up .

Ashanti: babe what are we doing tomorrow ?

Me: I was going to go pick up the kids from Mia and then you could choose .

Ashanti: I wanna go .

I really didn't want Ashanti to ride with me over Mia but if I said no she would suspect something .

Me: okay .

I laid down and she laid beside me and we drifted to sleep .

Chasity POV:
I woke out of my good sleep because somebody was banging on the door . I guess the others heard it too because they jumped up . So did Kaden because he's crying .

Mia: what the hell ?

Me: exactly .

Mia picked up Kaden and we all walked downstairs . I went to the peep hole and it was Tevin .

Me: its Tevin .

Lyric: you lying .

I opened the door and the whole fyb walked in .

Me: really nigga ?

Tevin: what ?

Mia: nigga its 7 am , she said feeding Kaden .

Tevin: oh y'all was sleep ?

Mia: yes bitch .

Boakie: good morning everyone .

Me: hey boakie .

Mia: hi .

We all spoke and Mia handed me Kaden . Lyric and Pey went back to sleep . I sat on the couch and Kaden was drifting back to sleep so was I .

Damia POV:
I went in the kitchen and started cooking Eggs , Toast , Sausages , Grits , Pancakes , Hash browns & Fruit Salad . 20 minutes later I was finally done . I fixed them a plate and sat on the couch with Chass & Kaden .

Me: so what y'all been doing ?

Durante: chilling .

Me: that's good .

Tevin: this shit good as fuck , he said stuffing his mouth .

Me: your second plate in the microwave .
