Seika
We finally made it to my home. Although my home was an apartment, it was more lije a house. It consised of a four bed rooms, a single bath, a kitchen and a living room. I had turned two bedrooms into one small dojo for training and research. First I showed Haku to his room. "Im sorry its small but its comfy and cheap. My room is the room beside this one, the bathroom is at the end of the hall. The rooms on the right are for training. I don't remember for sure but I may have a few scrolls on sword techniques. But you must be tired? Here is your stuff, make yourself at home. Ill yell for you when I have dinner finished." He told me thanks as I headed for the kitchen. I decided on some onigiri and some sashimi since the fish was still fresh. I heard some moving around in the dojo so I guessed Haku was training. I guess it keeps him from thinking of the past. I think as I finish dinner and yell for him to come eat.
HakuThis was the nicest place I'd stayed since I met Zabuza. I felt kinda bad since I had tried to kill Seika and now I was living with her. But she seemed to be someone not to hold a grudge. While we were eating their was a knock at the door. Seika went and answered it and came back a little upset. "Well it seems that our third member got injured badly, he's being taken out of the ninja program. I guess it's just me and you for the exams huh." I nodded as she began to giggle. "Is something wrong Seika?" I asked she was almost laughing now. "You heehee have rice on your face." At that I blushed I was always clumsy with rice but I smiled since it cheered Seika up. "Haku can you do the dishes I'm taking my nightly walk ok." I nodded as she left the house. Ive found someone to protect, this time of my own choice. I'll protect you Seika. I promise.
GaaraI sat on the roof looking at the village below me. I knew everyone here hates me like my own village but I didn't care. I'd kill them all when I get the chance. "Hey you ok? Its odd to see someone out at this time." I turned quickly to my left to see the brown haired girl from this morning. "Why do you care." She carfully away from me but didn't seem afraid at the least. "I Don't to be honest. I just wanted to start a conversation, you seem like a quiet one." I could feel mother craving blood but still the girl didn't leave. "You should go. Mother needs blood and you don't interest me." She didn't jump at my words or seemed scared. "I know, I can sense that your like my friend. A container for some dark force. You don't have to listen to it. Just be yourself." This girl is a fool I am no person, only a killing machine. "My mother use to tell me that even when you don't believe it you have a choice." She laid down and stared at the stars. "I often see myself as the moon. The phases of it represents my good and bad days. The stars represent the thousands of choices in my life. I could give up, go crazy or leave the village. Or I could learn to help other's, protect those I care about and serve my home. Good or bad we control our own fate not some demon or someone else, only us." She got up and looked at me with a smile before jumping away. I spent the rest of the night thinking about what she said. Maybe she's ....right.......Maybe I can change. I just need to choose. But how.
