Chapter 8

"Ok we need a game plan." We all huddled up in the car. The beach was right there. Within 200 feet. "Ok i got this. We run to the water. We strip of our clothes and jump in. Whoever doesn't jump in has to find a group of guys or girls and ask them to give you a quick kiss." Dee explains.

"Wait why do we have to strip?" Bobby asked. "So we have clothes to put on after we get out. We can't get in Jane's car wet and dirty." He further explained. "What do you mean by strip?"

Dee sighed. "Andrew. Bare ass....im not that dumb. Just to your underwear or something. Obviously it'll be different for the girls. Are we doing this or not?" He became frustrated.

"Ok, ok." I said. "1..." "2..." "3!" Dee yelled. We jumped out of the car and dashed to the soft sand. The sun was just setting leaving a trail of diamonds on the water. I removed my shirt first and threw my phone on top. Then ran a little more and got rid of my shorts. I kept running and didn't look back. I saw Mary hit the water while we followed and screamed the whole way.

"Come on Jane!" Dee ran past me forcing me to run faster. I let my hair loose a flow in the wind. Dee hit the water and dived in. I was right behind him and body slammed into an incoming wave. I came up to breath and looked for Dee.

"Dee!" I looked around the water. I saw Mary closer to shore and Bobby fully clothed with Andrew and our stuff. "Dee!" I looked directly into the sun trying to find him and began to panic.

"Aghhh" Dee popped up in between my legs and lifted me on his shoulders. I screamed and kept my balance. "Incoming!" He said referring to the giant wave behind us. It hit and caused us to fall into the water.

"Whoa! Sorry. Are you ok?" He put a hand on my waist. "Ya." I fixed my bra while he stared. I pushed his head and he laughed. "Come on." He grabbed my hand. "Um I don't think Bobby would like that." I took my hand back.

He shrugged and continued to walk to shore. Bobby waited with a jacket. "Was it cold?" he asked. "Yes!" I said covering myself with the jacket. "What happened? Why didn't you guys come?" I asked. "We thought about all the trouble it would be to get clean again." He lifted my chin. I leaned in and kissed him. "Ughh eww." He pulled away.

I furrowed my eyebrows and look at him embarrassed of what ever I did to disgust him. I backed up into Dee and looked up at him. "Bobby what's your problem?" Dee asked wrapping his arms around me.

"She tastes like the sea salt." He wiped his mouth. I giggled relieved he didn't think i was gross. I got free from Dee and hugged Bobby. "Hey you guys lost. You have to hold up your end of the deal." Mary teased. I laughed. "In my head....I'm technically winning." Bobby moved my hair from my face and stared.

All i could do is look away and blush. He pulled me close and kissed my forehead. We made our way to the boardwalk and night fell. We sat at a bench while Andrew and Bobby seeked a girl to kiss. "Guys I can't do this. I already have a girl." Bobby said.

"Oh no, you have to face the consequences. Im ok with it this one time." I continued to lick my cone. "Really?" He kissed my cheek from behind me. I laughed and pushed him. "Andrew right there. At the juice bar." Dee nudged Andrew. He sighed and got up. He made his way over as causal as possible.

We watched him talk to her and flirt up a storm. He caressed her cheek and leaned in first. Lets just say it was more a make out than a kiss. Mary and Dee cheered him on. Andrew laughed in the middle of the kiss. "You see that? He laughed." Mary giggled.

Andrew came back shaking his head. "Bro that was so illegal. She was 16." He said wide eyed. "Alright Bobby boy. Its your turn." Mary pushed on his shoulder. "How about her?" he pointed. "Nigga thats a fucking old lady!" Dee teased. "I know!" He laughed.
