Chase's P.O.V.

The next morning everything was silent. I dressed up and went downstairs. I checked the kitchen but it was empty. Weird. Usually dad would be in the kitchen making breakfast. Then I checked the living room but it was empty too. I started getting worried. Ok Chase calm down he's probably in his office I thought and went to check it. Also empty. I started panicking. Where's my dad ?

Then my phone rang. "Hello ?"I said. "Hey son I just called to tell you that I had to go to work earlier because of a problem"he explained. I relaxed. "OMG I panicked for a minute. What's the problem ?"I asked."Oh don't worry an enemy company tried to destroy one of our inventions but I took care of it. I have to leave now. You should probably get ready for school anyway"he said. "Ok bye dad"I said."Bye Chase"he said and hung up.

When I went to school I found Amy and Jake to their lockers talking. Then Amy turned to look at me and smiled. A warm feeling washed over me. I smiled to her and went to them. We talked for some time about different things. The only thing we didn't was yesterday's incident. I didn't have a problem though. Those kids were crazy. The bell soon rang and I had history. Unfortunately Amy and Jake weren't with me in that lesson.

I got in the class and sat on my desk. The teacher came in and started talking but then I heard a very familiar voice. "I'm sorry I'm late. I was trying to find the class". I turned to look at the person and my jaw fell when I saw who it was. "Oh you must be my new student. What's your name ?"the teacher asked. "Bree"she replied. "Nice to meet you. There's an empty sit next to Chase. Please raise your hand"the teacher said. I raised my hand and she sat next to me. I tried to focus on the lesson and ignore her but unfortunately she had different plans. "Hey"she whispered. I ignored her. "Please Chase don't ignore me"she said. I sighed. "What do you want ? Why can't you leave me alone ?"I whispered back. "I just wanted to say sorry about yesterday. I don't know what's gotten into us. Can't we start over ?"she asked. I turned to look at her. "Start over ?Do you remember what happened yesterday ? You were acting like crazy. And if you're a new student how did you know my name ?"I said. She opened her mouth to say something but the teacher cut her. "Mr. Davenport is there anything you want to share with the rest of the class ?"he asked. I turned to look at him. "No sir"I said embarrassed. "Then I suggest you stop talking with the new student and focus on the lesson. Am I clear ?"he said. "Yes sir"I said. Then he continued his lesson.

When the bell rang I went to my locker as fast as I could so she wouldn't talk to me again. As I was taking my books out of my locker a voice behind me said. "Hey you. I told you I wasn't done with you and now that you friend isn't here to protect you is the perfect time". I turned and saw David coming towards me. "Please David I haven't done anything to you"I begged. Of course he didn't listen and punched me in the stomach. I clutched it in pain. Then he shoved me to the ground. I closed my eyes as he was ready to punch me in the face but a voice interrupted him.

"Hey you, leave him alone". I opened my eyes to see Adam, Bree and another boy with them. "What if I don't ?"David asked. Then Adam came towards David and punched him in the face. David got angry and the two boys started fighting. Then Bree and the other boy kneeled down next to me. "Are you ok ?"she asked pulling her hand out to help me. "Yeah"I said and took her hand.

A few minutes later David ran away in fear. Adam came to us. "Thanks"I said. "It was nothing"he replied. "So have you forgiven us ?"Bree asked. I chuckled. "Yeah"I said. She started jumping for joy and hugged me. I just stood there not knowing what to do. She pulled away. "Sorry"she said. "It's ok"I said. "I'm Leo"the boy said pulling his hand out. "Chase"I said shaking his hand. "So can we hung out with you ?"Adam asked. "Sure"I replied smiling. "Cool well see you later"Bree said and they turned to leave. Then Adam came back and told me."Oh and if that jock try anything again tell me and I'll take care of him"he said. "Thanks Adam"I told him. "Like I said it's nothing. See you later Chasey"he said and left. I stood there. Why does that nickname sound so familiar ? And especially from him ? I just shook it off and went to my next class.

Hey guys. I'm so sorry I don't update so much lately. Also I need ideas on how to continue the story. Anyway what do you think about this ?Do you think Chase did the right thing and forgave them ? Oh and if you don't know I've started a new story. It's called 'Chase's story'. Also I made a game.
