A new life(Lab Rats)

The date

Amy's P.O.V.

My room was a mess. There were clothes everywhere but I couldn't find the perfect clothes for my date with Chase and in a few minutes he'd come. What am I going to do ?I started freaking out. Then my older sister Erin came in. "Are you ready for...wow what happened in here ?"she asked shocked. "Erin you have to help me. I have nothing to wear and Chase will be here in a few minutes"I said. "Ok relax. I'm going to help you get ready"she said.

A few minutes later I was wearing(look at the photo on top) I stared at myself in the mirror and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. "Wow Erin. They're amazing! Thank you so much"I said. "No problem. Anything for my little sister"she said and hugged me.

After a few minutes I heard my mum yelling from downstairs"Amy, that cute boy that you kept talking about all the time yesterday is here"OH MY GOD!!!This can't be happening I thought embarrassed and ran downstairs. When I saw Chase I froze. "You're so pretty"he said. "Thank you" I said already feeling the blood rushing to my cheeks. "Shall we go ?"he asked giving me a bouquet. I took his hand and he lead me outside to his car. "Have fun...but not too much fun"my mum said winking at me and closed the door. I could feel myself blushing again but he just laughed. "I really like your mum. She's funny"he said. "I know"I replied"If she could just stop talking for one though"I muttered. We stopped in front of a car and I stared with wide eyes. "Is this your car ?"I asked surprised. "Actually it's my dad's  but he gave it to me for tonight"he said opening the door for me. "Sooo where are we going ?"I asked and he smiled. "It's a surprise"

Time skip

"Are we there yet ?"I asked eagerly. We've been been driving for about half an hour even though it felt more like forever! Chase just chuckled. "We're almost there"he said smiling. "That's what you've been saying for the past 15 minutes!"I replied. "This time I mean it"he said. "Where are we going anyway ?"I asked. "I told you. It's a surprise" he said and I sighed.

A few minutes later he parked the car. "Finally. Freedooom!!"I said eagerly jumping out of the car. I looked around to realize we're in a beach. Everything was dark and the only light was coming from a small restaurant on the side. "What is this place ?"I asked him as he came next to me and took my hand in his. "My dad brought me here a few weeks ago and I really liked it. I thought you'd like it too"he said nervous. "I like it"I said and smiled. He smiled back to me and led me towards the restaurant. 

In the beginning everything was really awkward. No one would talk and we'd look anywhere but each other. After a few minutes a waitress came smiling at us. "Hello I'm Zoe and I'm going to be your waitress for tonight. What can I get you ?"she asked. "Steak"we both said at the same time. We looked at each other and laughed. Zoe smiled. "Two steaks are coming" she said and left. "You like steak ?"I asked. "Yeah, it's my favorite"he replied smiling. And that's how we started talking and laughing about everything. After a few minutes our food came too. We kept talking while eating when I saw his beautiful hazel eyes. I stared at them thinking how beautiful they are. "So do you want to ?"Chase said taking me out of my thoughts. "What ?"I asked shaking my head to keep my thoughts away and concentrate on what he said. "I asked you if you wanted to go for a walk to the beach"he said. "Oh yeah I'd love that"I replied and we paid our food and got out of the restaurant. 

We walked in the beach and it was amazing. The sea looked beautiful under the moon, the water looking like it was sparkling. The sky was dark but the many stars on it lit it making it not so scary. Everything was quiet except for the small music that we still could hear from the restaurant. For some time no one said anything so I decided to break the ice. "So...this is nice"I said. "Yeah"he said still looking at the sea. "Hey do you want to sit on the rocks over there ?"he asked pointing to some rocks I didn't notice before on the side of the beach. "Sure"I said and he lead me to them. "Let's play 20 questions. It'll help to get to know each other better "I suggested. "Ok you start"he said. "What's your favorite color ?" I asked. "Green"he replied. "What's the most embarrassing thing you've ever done ?"he asked. Then his eyes widened in fear. "Sorry, too personal"he said worried and I chuckled. "It's ok. The most embarrassing thing was two years ago when I saw one of my mum's friends at the mall. I didn't know her so well so I just waved at her from afar. I wasn't even sure if she'd recognize me. She seemed bigger that before so I assumed she was pregnant. When I got home I told my mum about it. She was so happy, she called immediately to congratulate her. Well turns out she wasn't pregnant she had just gotten fatter. It took my mum a whole year to trust me again"I said and we both started laughing. "I know. I've never felt more embarrassed in my life"I said. 

When we finally calmed down I asked my next question. "Ok so I wanted to ask you this for a long time now. How are you so smart ?"I asked. "What are you talking about ? I'm as smart as you are "he asked frowning. I shook my head. "No you're not. You always know the answer even when we haven't been taught it yet. It's like you know everything . Like a human computer"I explained and he frowned rubbing his temples. "Are you ok ?"I asked. He smiled and took my hands. "I'm fine. I don't know why  I'm that smart. Maybe it's because my dad is a genius himself. Or maybe because I've been studying about everything since I can remember. But there's one thing that I'm sure about" he said. "And what's that ?"I asked. "That I have the best girlfriend in the world"he replied and I blushed. He started leaning in and I realized that I was doing the same. Then our lips connected and it was amazing. Our kiss was gentle and full of love. That was the best date I've ever had!!!

Hey guys! I know that I haven't updated since forever. It's just that I'm not that interested in the TV show anymore. But I'm going to finish this story  just in slower updates.
