All in all... It was a good run. Selena and I grew apart and we went in different directions. We're both extremely happy now. Selena is happy for real, she has a new girlfriend. She's a different person. Me? The plan I had for that relationship. They were very naïve. I'm not even heartbroken. Our departure was unsaid, but both parties know our romantic relationship is over. You could say we're still friends, but I am distancing myself from that
. I do not want to take one step forward and seven steps back.
I am happy now.. Happier than I have been in so long! Does that mean Selena made me utterly unhappy and my life hell? No, not in the least bit. She helped me discover what I DO NOT want in my life. As well as what I DO want in my life or what I want in a potential girlfriend. I'm taking things slow and fast at the same time.
