Chapter 10

D: school started and one of my best friends committed suicide four days ago and he's in a coma in the hospital so I'm dealing with that. but I promise I will update more often!!----------------------------------------------------

Andy POV

I woke up to my alarm clock screeching at me. I almost ignored it but remembered that I had to pick up Ashley today. So I hauled myself out of bed and walked over to my dresser and picked out a white Rancid shirt with white skinny jeans. I then got a quick shower and ran downstairs to get a bowl of cereal while my straightener heated up. I pulled the straightener through my hair until it looked halfway decent before hastily applying some eyeliner. I ran back down the stairs and grabbed my black Vans and keys them ran out to my car.

Time lapse: at Ashley's

I put the car in park before climbing out and walking up to the front door and knocking. A little girl answered and looked at me confusedly.

"Hi... is Ashley here?" I asked nicely.

"He's getting ready. you must be Andy Ashley is always talking about." She grinned cheekily up at me. I blushed a little before she started talking again.

"I'm Alyssa and I'm eight." she continued proudly jabbing her thumb at her chest. I grinned and squatted down so I was eye level with her.

"It is very nice to meet you miss Alyssa." I said still smiling.

"You're tall. Is your mommy a giraffe?" I laughed and gave her an amused look.

"Well no. But do you want to know how I got this tall?" I asked. she nodded furiously and stared at me with wonder filled eyes.

"Okay. but you can't tell ANYONE. promise? Because its top secret."

"Yes I do promise Mr. Andy." I smirked before continuing.

"Okay. it's because........... I ate all my vegetables." I said trying to maintain a straight face. Alyssa's mouth dropped open then turned it into a smirk.

"You're such a joker Mr. Andy! Cause I eat ALL my vegetables everyday! So I should be as big as YOU by now!" she giggled while pointing a finger at me. just as I was about to respond, Ashley came running down the stairs and grabbing some shoes before tripping and falling flat on his face. Alyssa and I both laughed.

"Ashley's a big clumsy sometimes." She said between giggles.

"You know making fun of people isn't very nice." Ashley said as he came to the door grinning. I stood back up and smirked.

"It's not making fun if you're telling the truth." I responded.

"You're just a little shi- jerk aren't you." Ashley quickly corrected his sentence realizing his sister was still there, grinning goofily up at us.

"Well we should probably get to school....." I trailed off.

"Oh. I almost forgot. Yeah, probably." Ashley chuckled.

"But remember Ashley! you said that you would tell me goodbye!" Alyssa exclaimed making starting to pout up at him.

"How could I forget?" Ashley bent down and hugged Alyssa before standing back up and making our way to my car.

Time lapse: At School

We stood outside the doors of hell knowing exactly what to expect when we pushed through them.

"Shall we then?" Ashley asked giving me a small smile.

"We shall." I answered before grabbing his hand and making my way to my worst nightmare.
