Chapter five

Vic's POV (after school)

I'm waiting outside for Kellin. Austin's right, I'm going to show Kellin that I care about him. I see him exit school walking the opposite way. "Hey Kellin! Over here!" I yelling causing him to wince. He walks over to me. Once he is by me I pull him aside and look at him.

"V-Vic is everything alright?" Kellin asks looking uncomfortable.

"Yes, just um Kellin. I want to let you know that I do care about you, I care so much. Kellin will you be my boyfriend?" I ask, I look at him. He looks like he is shocked.

"Vic, uh s-sure." Kellin stutters out.

"Really," I ask in disbelief, he shakes his head yes. I pull him into a hug which makes him tense but he soon relaxes and hugs me back. After a few minutes we pull away.

"Vic as happy as I am, I have to go home."

"Okay, I'll text you later." He nods and starts to walk home. I am over the moon. I start to walk home so I can do my homework. Once I get home I see Mike who is my younger brother even though he is taller then me, Tony who is a close friend but I think Tony and Mike are secretly dating, and Jaime who is a close friend. Believe it or not the four of us are in a band called Pierce The Veil. We aren't signed but we do write songs. Our songs do have screamo in them but before you judge listen to lyrics. I sit down next Mike still thinking about what just happened.

"Why are you so smiley?" Mike asks.

"Because I just asked Kellin to be my boyfriend." My brother and my friends know I'm bisexual but not our parents.

"Who's Kellin?" Tony asks.

"A guy that I go to school with." I say with a smile still lingering on my face.

"When can we meet him?" Jaime asks.

"Yeah I would like to meet the boy that is dating my older brother."

"How about I call him and ask him when he can come over." I get a chorus of 'yeah' and I get up and call Kellin.

Kellin's POV

Why. Why am I having an other anxiety attack. Right now I'm hearing my parents argue and it just triggered an other anxiety attack. I'm trying to clam down when I hear my phone ring. I don't even check the caller ID and just answer it. "Hey Kells it's Vic how are you?"

"I-I a-am f-fine." I stutter out trying to clam down.

"Are you okay?" Vic asks and I can hear the concern in his voice.

"Y-yeah." Then I hear glass shader downstairs which causes me to wince.

"I'm coming to get you, text me you address," He hangs up, I go to his contact and text him my address and tell him to come through my window. A few minutes later I hear a knock at my window which causes me to jump. I go to the window and with my shaky hands open up the window. He comes in and looks at me. I probably look like a wreck, I have tears in my cheeks, I am hyperventilating, and I'm shaking. He brings me into a hug and I just cry. He is whispering sweet words in my ear and telling me that everything will be okay. We got over and sit on my bed, he holds me in his arms. We sit there in silence while my parents at screeching at each other and you can hear things crashing every now and then. I continue to cry for a few more minutes and try to clam down. "What happened?"

"M-my parents are arguing a-and it t-triggered an a-anxiety attack. I-I'm sorry."

"Shhh, nothing to be sorry about," I move closer in Vic's arms. Trying to clam down my shaky breathing. "How about we go back to my place."
