It is Friday, also the day of Meagan's party. I have an hour and a half to get ready, and do my hair. First, I'm going to start by taking a shower. When I got out I put on some lotion and some deodorant. I walked to my closet and picked out my outfit. I chose a pair of high waisted shorts, a red tank top with a denim vest, and some black combat boots. I turned on my curling wand and painted my nail while I waited for it to heat up. When my nails where painted and done, I started curling my hair. When everything was done, I put on some Taylor Swift perfume.  I made sure I had my keys, phone, phone charger just in case, and walked down stairs. I told my dad good bye, and drove to Meagan's house.

When I arrived outside Meagan's house, I got out of my car, and locked the doors. I walked inside and searched for Meagan and the girls. I spotted them all in the living room sitting on the couch. I joined them and told Meagan happy birthday. "Oh, want you to meet my cousin Jacob." She stood up and walked me over to the kitchen. There was only two people in there. A girl getting a bottle of water, and a boy with his back turned to us. "Jacob, this is Madison, my friend I was telling you about. Jacob turned around and I was instantly breath taken. He was gorgeous. Jacob had light brown hair, and hazel eyes. He looked to be 6'2. "Hey, I'm Jacob, Meagan's cousin." He introduced himself. "Hi, I'm Madison." I told him. He smiled at me and asked me if I wanted anything to drink. I told him some strawberry soda. Meagan, doesn't believe in drinking, which I'm totally fine with. Jacob handed me my soda and we started talking. I  learned that he was 16 years old, just like me, and that he plays guitar. He has a little sister and an older brother that is married. I told me him about me as well. Like my age, I play basketball with Meagan, I'm the only child, and that my mom died when I was five. I quickly changed the topic though.

I had spent the whole night with my friends and Jacob. We all danced and had a lot of fun together. Jacob even gave me his phone number. I was so happy. Jacob is a really nice guy, has the same morals as me, and he is so cute. I am now at home in my room on the computer checking all my social medias. When I got on Facebook, I saw I had a friend request. It was from Jacob; I quickly accepted. I told another shower because I totally smelled. I put on my sleep clothes and went to sleep, thinking about Jacob.

I woke up the next morning and did my morning routine. I put on my clothes, shorts ,t-shirt, converse, the usual. Then I got on my phone and got on social media. While, I was doing that, Meagan texted me asked me to come over. I got my keys, and told my dad I was gone. I arrived at Meagan's house and knocked on the door. "Oh hello, Madison." Coach greeted me. "Hi, I came to see Meagan, is she in her room?" I asked politely. That not I'm a kiss up or anything. "Yeah, she is have fun." Coach walked to, what appeared to be the kitchen. I walked up the stairs and knocked on Meagan's door. "Come in."

I pushed open the door and Meagan and Jacob were sitting on her bed. "Hi, guys. What's up?" I asked them  and walked over to Meagan's desk. I sat down in her chair and started spinning around. I stopped spinning when Meagan slowly stood up. "Where are you going?" I asked her. "Oh, Uhh to the bathroom." She answered before she left out. Leaving Jacob and I alone. "So, What's been going on?" Jacob asked me. " I nothing I had just woke up when Meagan invited me over." I simply told him. It was silent for a while, and Meagan was taking a long time in the bathroom. " So, can I ask you something?" Jacob asked nervously. "Sure. Ask away." I hate suspense please just ask the question already. If you haven't notice, I'm impatient. "Well, I was wondering if you would like to go out for some burgers or something later." Jacob suggested. I can't believe he asked me out. Now I know why Meagan still hasn't come back from the bathroom yet. " Sure. Sounds like fun." I tried to act chill. Which I think I failed horribly. "Great, how about now." Jacob looked down. Well, it was later than I thought it was, and I didn't eat breakfast. Or lunch for that matter. "Okay, let's go."
