We were walking around the pier, it was really pretty. I took at my camera and Anthony asked what I was doing.

"What do you mean 'what are you doing' I'm taking a picture." I admit that sounded a bit rude but that's just how me and Anthony talk to each other.

"You know you haven't changed a lot since 6th grade." He looked at me and smiled, I smiled to as remember the good old days...

"I miss 6th grade! There was so much drama and was always so fun." I remember my cousin always being evolved in it, we would go to my house after school and she would tell me all about it.

"Yea I also remember the fights. Damn people at our school were so over dramatic." He looked up at the sky as if he was going through the memories in his mind.

Anthony, Carolina, and I went to a big school with a lot of hispanics and african americans. We were all okay with it cause we were and still are hispanics. I speak perfect Spanish and English.

"Hey what ever happened to Destiny and Alexis?" I knew he would ask that question and I was okay with it because I had gotten over it already.

"Well Destiny and I went to the same college, USC. We grew apart and we didn't hang out that much any more. Um...I had a boyfriend in college and he cheated on me with Destiny. I got over it. And as for Alexis she's still lives around the same parts she became a teacher." I smiled as I said that. Destiny and Alexis were my best friend though middle school and high school.

"Wow, oh my god I never thought Destiny would do something like that. She was always a goody two shoes like you from what I remember." He said he had a surprised look on his face.

"I never thought she would do that either but it was him who kissed her, she told me and I broke up with him. It was okay though, I had Carolina to help me get through it." I paused and continued, "me and the guy weren't that serious though."

"Who was the dude? Did I know him?" He said and turned his head to look at me. I was dreading that question.

"...James..."I barely mumbled, my voice a little above a whisper. Him and James were friends in middle school but he went to a different high school then us.

"Oh my god really?! That's priceless, I knew you had a thing for him in 8th grade."

"Oh lord, I told you a million times I di-" I got interrupted.

"Hey Anthony! Wait up, man!" We heard a couple holler across the pier.

We had been walking slowly, I also was talking pictures so we were still on the pier. We turned and my heart sped up when I saw Mason running towards us.
