Chapter 5: New Fittings

Izzy made her way to the store, early in the morning. Only because she knew Chen was sound asleep.

"He may not remember anything, but he still knows that he's kidnapped." Izzy spoke to herself as she placed a roll of cloth in her shopping basket.

"My Chen needs a new pair of clothes, and I'm gonna make it for him." She smiled and giggled to herself. "Which means I have to measure him."

Izzy lost her balance at the thought, and quickly caught herself with the help of a shelf next to her. She looked around and made sure no one saw her.

Izzy grinned and walked to the undergarment section of the store.

Chen woke up sighed, "oh right, this wasn't a dream." He sat up and removed the blanket that covered his feet.

He wasn't too surprised to see the ankle chains attached. He let himself fall on the bed, when he let out a heavy sigh.

He turned towards the door and examined the room even more. And as of before, there was nothing in reach to help him.

He closed his eyes once again and waited for Izzy's return.

Hours before dawn

Kai stood in the corner of the locker room, eyeing and picturing the scene before they had left for the meet and greet.

Xiumin walked out of the changing room, as his eyes fixed on Kai. "Why are you standing there? You said you were going to help me." He walked towards Kai and waited for an answer.

Kai shook his head and looked up to see Xiumin from the corner of his eyes. "I'm trying to remember how we left things before we left the locker room." He narrowed his eyebrows and clenched his eyes shut.

"Can you at least check the showers? I'm going to check the steam room real quick." Without saying another word, Xiumin faced the other direction and walked away from Kai.

He silently watched Xiumin disappear into the next room. He sighed and hesitantly walked to the showers.

As he walked in, his eyes lit up. He eyed the exit door and sped walked towards it. He pushed the handle and inconveniently ran into the door.

Kai stumbled back, he narrowed his brows as he pushed the handle harder than before. But as before, it didn't open.

He kicked the door, and pushed on it ferociously. Continuously, he tried to open the door. After a few more tries, he was held back.

"What's wrong with you Kai?" Xiumin shouted as he noticed that Kai was breathing unevenly.

"The door is locked," Kai pushed Xiumin away and continued to hit the door.

"If you keep doing that, people are going to think that something is happening in here." Xiumin smiled slowly as Kai faced him with a small grin.

"You're disgusting," his smile faded as he faced the door. "Chen was dragged out by that girl through this door. This door is only locked through the outside, I would've been able to open the door."

Xiumin frowned and shrugged. He moved Kai and faced the door himself. He placed his hands on the handle and pushed on it, slowly and continuously.

"It's not gonna open," Kai rolled his eyes as he silently watched Xiumin.

"I know but," he started. "When I push the handle the door opens a tiny bit. The door isn't locked, something is blocking the door from opening."

Kai nodded and gave Xiumin a gentle noggie. "You're smart, let's go tell the manager."
