Days past and Liz was still stressed about school but she promised she wasn't going to started smoking like her older sister, Donna who had three kids! She already knew that Selene would freak out on her if she started so she just sat on her bed and twirled a strand of her hair she had just put on her clothes for work and she still looked like a mess, of course from sleep it was 3:00 in the afternoon and Liz wondered what Scott was up to she could be texting him right now but she didn't get his number. "I should have gotten his number." Liz mumbled "What was that sweetie?" Treena asked "Nothing mom." Liz said rolling her eyes and looked at her watch it was 3:26, 'Man, time flys fast' She thought to herself just then

her little sister Emily came down stairs, "Hey, arn't you suppose to be at work?" She asked Liz, "No, work dosn't start til 4:00!" Liz said getting annoyed "Ok,ok don't get so mad." Emily said then trudged to the door and put her sneakers on, "Mom, I'm going over to Becca's!" Emily shouted "Ok, be back at six!" Her mother replied as Emily ran out the door 'now what?' Liz asked herself not knowing what to do just like Treena read her mind she yelled out "Take the dog for a walk Liz!" Treena replied not waiting for an answer Liz took the dog for a small walk passing Scott's house she noticed that all the window's were closed like the place was never taken, just then the door swung open and Scott walked out, "Hey Liz, how was your night?" Scott asked "Not too bad." Liz replied as her dog, Hunter started barking at Scott, "Hunter, down!" Liz said calming Hunter down but he still growled.

"I have a feeling he dosn't like me." Scott said "Actually he's a she." Liz replied giggling "Really, I thought Hunter was a guy's name." Scott said Liz shaking her head, "No, it's a guys and girls name." Liz replied as Scott smiled "I never knew that." He said starting to walk down the block with Liz

"Hey, can I get your number?"

"Ugh, I don't have a phone." Scott said looking down

"Oh.." Liz said looking down 'I was really hoping to get his number, oh well.' She thought looking at her phone she had a text from Selene!

"Hey! Work is starting early!"

"Oh no! Ugh, gotta go see you later Scott!" Liz shouted running down the block to her house when she got there she put Hunter back in the house and got in her car 'It's a good thing I brought my keys!' She thought to herself again and drove off to work when she got there Selene came running up "Hey, where were you?" She asked, "Lost track of time." Liz said walking into the store she didn't really have time to talk her boss was gonna be mad at her. "There you are where were you!" Her boss Shirley asked, "Lost track of time, sorry." Liz said and started to help Selene stock the shelves. "Were you with Scott?" She asked

"No, I told you, I lost track of time!" Liz said beginning to get annoyed

"You sure?" Selene asked once again and Liz starting to get more and more annoyed. "Yes Selene I'm sure.", "OK, OK." Selene said starting to back off more and more people were asking for help and Liz was starting to get more and more annoyed by it but it didn't stop her, "Just down there, sir." Liz told the man asking her where the jelly was. "Lizzy, you look tired, let me take your shift." Selene said worry on her face, "Selene I can do this!" Liz shouted. "Elizabeth, I have seen how you are acting today, go home and take time off OK!" Shirley said as Liz glared at her then stormed out.

'I can't believe them! They don't know what I,ve been doing, they don't know how I feel!' Liz thought getting angrier and angrier once she came back to her house she stormed in and ran up the stairs she threw her stuff on her bed and then herself, "Why am I so...mad?" Liz said starting to let her anger go, "I can't believe I got angry at my best friend and boss over nothing!" She told herself and lay on her bed close to tears, "What did I do?"
