Chapter 9 I want to play a game

 Salene read Liz's mind she got off the couch and walked to Scott who held the knife up to her.

"Hey, I want to play a game." Salene said and Scott took the knife away

"What kind of game?" He asked as Polly looked at Salene, "Salene go sit on the couch." She said and Salene said no and winked, Scott didn't see but Polly did and she smiled

"It's called hide and die." She said, Scott looked at her and lifted an eyebrow

"It is kind of like hide and go seek, but you count and you're the killer, if you find us, you can kill us." Salene said and Liz smiled, her plan was going into action, I know it was silly and stupid but Liz had a great idea.

"Ok, but no going outside." Scott said and smiled, he knew that this game would be easy

"OK, but if we find you we get to kill you!" Salene said and Scott's eyes widened, and he smiled as if he knew he was going to win by a land slide

"You're on!" Scott said and walked into the bathroom and started to count like Salene said while they all went into the kitchen and grabbed a knife or any utensil that could kill him and they all hid, they cheated and put Emily in the car so that he wouldn't find her and kill her, but she had a cell so she could text and tell everyone what was going on.

'Ok, is everyone in place?' Liz texted everyone and they all texted back saying yes, Liz had everyone where she wanted them and Scott couldn't find them, or she hoped he wouldn't find them

She heard footsteps coming up the stairs, she knew that Scott was ready and so she texted everyone telling them that he was going up the stairs, they texted back saying OK,

"Ok, you ready?" Liz wispered to Salene and took a breath, she was nervous but she knew that this would work and everyone would come out of this house alive.. she hoped.

Liz got up from her spot and opened the closet just a little bit so she could see what was going on, the door to Salene's room opened and Scott walked in, Liz and Salene moved into the closet a little more, she had a walk in closet so they could hide anywhere since it was big, they were careful to not make any sound and hid far in the back where he couldn't see her and Salene.

"I know you girls are in here." Scott said slowly opening the closet door, the girls stayed in their spots, they knew that Scott wouldn't find them and when he got close to them Liz or Salene would strike him with their kitchen knifes.

He slowly made his way to the far back of the closet and held out his knife as if he knew that they were in the back already, then when he got close Liz held up her knife and stuck it in his shoulder, he fell to the ground and moaned in pain.

"We win." Liz said and they ran out of the closet making sure to bring their knifes and they went into Polly's room to find the two, they noticed the closet was open and thought that they might be in there they walked up to the closet and peeked in, they found Treena and Polly but they wern't breathing..

"Mom, mom wake up." Liz said shaking her mom who had a blood stained shirt while Salene sat on her moms bed crying and wishing that it would all just go away and everything would go back to normal.

"No, mom please wake up." Liz said starting to cry and Salene did as well, Scott had got up from the room and made his way to Polly's room, he wasn't giving up that easily, he wanted to kill and feel the rush hit him.

"Liz!" Salene screamed and jumped to the other side of the bed as Scott tried to strike her with the knife but failed his attempt and Liz ran to Salene's side as Scott held onto his wounded shoulder, he still wasn't giving up but his body was telling him that he was going to give up.

"I will not stop." Scott said and walked over to them but fell and looked like he was unconcious, the girls checked to see if he was dead or just playing, they jumped over the bed not wanting to go over his body and walked out of the room they were going to get Emily and get out.

"I just hope he dosn't wake up." Salene said looking behind her, Scott was still laying on the ground, he didn't move, he lay there like a rag doll, the girls ran down the stairs then out the door and into the car.

"Where's mom and Polly?" Emily asked from the back seat, Liz looked down at her feet then looked at Polly's window, Scott was looking out and at the girls, he ran out of the room and down the stairs, Liz put the key in the ignition and they drove away, with Scott chasing after them, Emily looked behind them and looked back at Liz and Salene,

"Liz, where is mom?" She asked again with tears forming in her eyes

Liz didn't answer and kept driving all she wanted to do was get away and never come back, Emily sat back in her seat and lay there, the pain hurt.

"Don't worry Emily we are going to get you to a hospital." Salene said looking back at Emily

Back at the house Scott didn't know what to do, someone could come home like Matt and see the dead body's and run, he couldn't have that.

"Well, I'm gonna have to find a better spot or ditch the body's somewhere." Scott said to himself and ran up stairs and thought about what he was going to do with the body's, he could put them in the basement and hopefully everyone wouldn't find them so then he could get everything done that he needed to get done, so that's just what he did.

'Now to go and find Marlo.' Scott thought to himself and chuckled as he left the basement and then the house.
