"What are you doing, [name]-chan? Un."
Today, you have free time, and almost everyone was out, so you decided to do something. And not that sort of something.
You learned to do origami, after a few lessons from Konan, and the one you are interested right now is origami stars.
"Oh? I'm making origami stars! Konan-senpai taught me to make them. I even bought a small glass bottle to put my star in!"
You looked up to Deidara with a small smile adorning your features, as you hold up your half down star, a color of blood red. Deidara stared at it, and shrugged, taking a seat next to you at the kitchen table.
"Why are making them? They're just paper. Un."
"They aren't just paper. They are wishes."
"Un?"
You sighed and shook your head. Peeling away the folds, you showed your wish to Deidara, written in pen.
I hope I can continue to live and be friends with Deidara-senpai! ?
Deidara's eyes widened and he felt a pink tinge stinging his cheeks as he looked in your eyes to see you were serious.
-chan... Are you really serious? Un."
"Of course I am! I like having Deidara-senpai as my senior, so I'm writing my wish on this star and carry it around!"
You finish folding your star, and pinched its sides to puff it up. Picking up your miniature glass bottle, you dropped the star in and seal it shut with a cork: its ending covered in glue. An eye pin is attached to the cork, so you slip string through it and wear the bottle like a necklace.
"Now I can carry this everywhere, and I'll always pray for us to be together, Deidara-senpai!" You smiled, brightly and blushed lightly.
Deidara blushed even harder at your words, and mumbled something under his breath.
"Hm? Senpai?"
"I said that... I'll always be your friend, [name]-chan, whether you wish for it or not. Un."
"... Heh. Yeah!"
Sometimes, it doesn't take a single prayer for your wishes to come true.
