Jordans pov***
I woke up after having my mental brake down yesterday and remembered about my bipolar but now, today I mean I feel fine as If nuthing ever happend I have work today anyways so I'm gunna go for a run its like 5:30 anyways my usual running time.
I got out of bed and went to my closet. I picked out my Nike sports bra and my galixy sport pro running trousers. I put my hair in a hight ponytail grabbed a Cameron dallas hoddie, I then got my phone and my ear - phones walked downstairs got a smoothy out of the fridge and then left the house.
When I run I feel free like all of my emotions just fade away and I can breath again then all of a sudden Alex come into my head I haven't spoken to him in about a month and I start to think about all the memories I have with him I smile to myself as his favourite song comes on in my play list. I then end up at his and the boys house and see jc sat outside on the lawn he's layed down looking up at the clouds.
"Long time no see aye" I say and stand there with my arms crossed and putting all my wait on one leg. He sits up and gets a huge grin on his face with tears in the brim of his eyes.
"Jordan what in the he'll are you doing here why haven't you called or texted me you promised" he says running up to me and I'm rasing my sweaty body into one of his gigantic hugs.
"I honestly don't have a clue I was just running and ended up here then I saw my best friend all alone laying on his lawn" I say while giggling and little. He just smerks and nudges me.
We sit and chat for a little bit but then I realised the time and I had to go yo work. " um hey jc I have to go to work like in 10 mins and I need to go home and change so I'll text u in a bit yea and this time I will I promise"
"Un yea sure, do you pinky promise" he says with a puppy dog face.
" Yes jc I promise, I love you and I'll message you later best friend, oh and good luck on that date tonight ya might need it" shout running off home I can here his giggle as I grin to myself I've missed him so much.
(When she's at the dance studio working)
" so it goes turn in, roll look up, look to the side and slide down 1, 2, 3, 4.... there ya go jamie you got this girl you can do it" teaching these kids dance is the best job I could ever get right now it's so fun but calming at the same time.
I finally am done with teaching these wonderful kids and then I text jc.

I get home and no ones there so I just go take a shower then I relies that none of the boys know about my bipolar so I need to tell them I'll text the grip chat when I'm out of the shower.
I wash my hair and body then I go back to my room and braid my hair into a side braid. I go to my closet put on my Calvin clyn sports bra and some Nike sweat pants and a magcon hoddie then I text the group chat.

They all get here and I sit them down a tell them everything. They all are shocked but said they'd help me through it matt can and talia just hugged me so did hayse and nash then I went to bed cuz I was super tired.
