Chapter 6:Wake up

(A/N ok so I try not to do a lot of these. But I just wanted to say that this song just makes me feel so good, but lately my life has been broken by too many people and problems so sometimes I need to rant. I will do that on here but don't worry you don't have to read them. So yeah vote and comment! luv ya😊)

Mia's point of view:

Broken.

That's all I could think of when I looked at her she was so sweet and I know that Dom really cares for her.

I can tell he hasn't left her side. It's honestly kinda adorable to see my tough brother just soften up around her.

She is the right girl for him I just know it. She is so beautiful,kind,sweet and she's a racer I mean it's like they were made for each other. I have only known her for 2 days and I feel like I could tell her anything.

She is just a good sweet you girl she didn't deserve all of this it's wrong it's so depressing to hear all of the pain her life has been. Then we find out Vince knew man do I want to punch him I will next time I see him.

"Mia!" I turned around to see Brian and Roman they asked if she woke up yet I said,"not yet" I wish she would wake up soon I mean she looks so broken so pitiful. It makes me wanna cry when I look at her.

I went to get Dom some breakfast and then I came back and I swear I saw Brittany's hand move.

"Nurse!! Nurse! Come quick she moved!!"

The nurse checked her and she said,"There is a possibility she will wake up in the next few days but she needs rest,care and no doing anything for 2 weeks basically she's bed ridden for two weeks."

I said,"Ok" I woke up Dom and told him I gave him the food and he said,"We are taking her in she's part of the family now and then we'll keep her safe."

I said,"That's fine by me I'm just mad that Vince would do this then leave and not even look back!"

Dom's hands were balled up he said,"I know I'm going to talk to him but we will make sure she gets rest" then he looked at me and said,

"Mia I think I'm in love with her."

I basically had a girl moment and giggling and jumping around and I said,"you think?? Dom come on it's do obvious you two are adorable and she's so broken and fragile, but you're so tough you are made for each other I know you'll listen to her and take care of her. You are a good man and I love you Dom."

He stood up and hugged me and said,"Thank you"

I said,"Anytime big bro but Dom you have to tell her. She needs to know how you feel, you will treat her right I know you will."

{Dom's point of view}

Roman walked in and said,"sorry to break up whatever's going on in here, but Vince wants to see her he's here outside. Brian stopped him and now they're fighting as usual."

I walked out and saw Vince about to hit Brian I grabbed his hand and told them to stop them I looked at Vince and said," 30 minutes that's all you get." He nodded and went in.

I went outside, I had to leave while he was there I got in my car and drove to Brittany's house. I walked in and went to her room I packed up everything I got Mia to come by with Tej and help me.

Mia walked in and said,"This place is creepy. Oh and after about 15 minutes Vince left." I nodded and continued to pack up stuff Me and tej got all her furniture and stuff, and Mia got her clothes.

I saw a book and I was like a diary I read the whole thing and it was all about what he did to her. I was pissed I'm so happy he's dead. We got miss old room set up for Brittany. She'll love it but it doesn't have a bathroom.

So she'll have to share with me the other one is downstairs we don't have an upstairs one. But I'm fine with that I don't know how or when I'm going to tell Brittany my feeling one way or another.

Once her room was set up I took a shower and went to the hospital. I sent everyone else home they needed rest. I walked in it was about 10:30 the nurse said her hands keep moving a little bit and that's a good sign.

I sat down next to her and I held her hand and said,"Brittany, I don't know if you can hear me but I need you to wake up. You're a gorgeous girl you're funny and a badass racer. I mean to me you're perfect I know you will need rest and we will work through this together I love you Brittany. I honestly do with all my heart. It pains me to see you like this. I want you to know that's when you wake up I'll be here waiting for you.

I kissed her hand then forehead and she started moving and her eyes were fluttering open I said,"Brittany? Brittany?! Oh my god. Nurse! She's waking up!!"

They ran in and she woke up she started panicking. She couldn't breathe I ran to her and kissed her she kissed back it. Was. Amazing. Then we pulled away and she said,"I heard it all e-everything you said Toretto and I love you t-too."

I was so happy I called everyone and then the nurse told me she can leave in 3 days I was beyond thrilled. She can come home with me. The woman I love is alright. Everyone went in and hugged her then once they all left she moved over and said,"lay w-with me please." I laid down.

Then she looked into my eyes and said,"Dom? Did y-you mean everything y-you said?" I said,"yes I meant it all from the bottom of my heart."

She said,"w-well I'm glad but that didn't mean we're a t-thing you still have to take me out on a date before w-were a thing."

I laughed and said,"alright but you know that you are on bed rest for 2 weeks and you can do anything so I get to take care of you well we all do." Then she said,"well I'll let you b-because I need some rest I feel like crap. But Dom did you find out e-everything about me?"

I nodded and she started crying and said,"well you probably don't want me now I'm just a mess who was abused for m-m-mainly her whole life and s-self harms and starves herself."

I grabbed her face and wiped away the tears and said,"Baby I love you for you. You are amazing and strong well get through this together I know we will. I'll do whatever it takes to make you ok again."

Then she said,"just h-hold me." So I did and we fell asleep tangled together.
