The speckled blonde

I had been making a nice cup of tea when Sherlock decided to rush in and spill the boiling water over my trousers. I gave him an angry stair. No one spills my tea and gets away with it!

Well. Sherlock shrugged it off and waved files above his head. I groaned at his childish behaviour but asked him to continue. He explained how Molly found an older woman with an unknown virus or Bacteria. Me being the doctor, grabbed my coat and sherlock followed.

When we arrived at the morgue, I inspected the woman's pink patches around her skin. Looks unusual to me. Sherlock persuaded to leave because the case was "unimportant" but I declined his eager request. I've never seen a skin condition so severe. Inspecting her rash I realised the swell around her lips and gums. She had obviously been injected with something strong and deadly. I explained the symptoms and Sherlock figured it out less than 2 seconds! With a drug website I suppose it can be useful.
