Eden stopped laughing finally as breakfast ended.The expressions Lilly was giving her made her want to laugh harder.Raven sat beside her and raised an eyebrow.
"What's going on?"She asked glancing between Lilly and Eden.
Eden curled her lip and pulled down her face in a funny expression.
"Just a little fun."She said as Lilly pulled down her eyes in a scary face.
"Please stop."Sirus groaned."It's gross."
James nodded in agreement cringing as they countiued.
"Why Sirus you sold me out to Lilly."She said scowling at him and pulling her face down.
"If I apologize will you stop?" Sirus asked.
Eden shrugged."I might consider it."
"Alright I'm sorry for being a jerk and yeah that's pretty much it."
Eden frowned."You call that an apology?"
"Yeah you have to be sincere"Lilly chimed in crossing her arms.
Sirus threw up his hands."You were just mad at her for throwing a pillow at you and now your siding with her?"
Lilly shrugged."She's my best friend."
Edens smile grew so wide.
"Yeah we're bestfriends.
Sirus sighed."Girls."He grumbled.
"Evey we need to talk."Eden looked up from where she sat in the common room.
"What Sirus?"She asked In a bored tone.
"We need you to get into the next fallen meeting they have."
Eden swallowed."I have heard that it's tonight."
"Where?"Sirus asked.
Eden shook her head."I was told that I would know when and where when it was time."
Sirus groaned."Your-Sirus's voice was cut off as Lilly came running in tears standing her face."Help please!Get a proffesor."
Sirus nodded racing out of the
common room.Eden turned to Lily what happened."What happened?!"
"A death eater."She said racing out the common room and down the stairs.
Eden followed not far behind.
when they reached the great Hall a blond girl lay unconcious on The ground.
Blood falling down her face from a big gash.Eden gasped.
"There has been a breach."Filch said as a herd of Proffesors ran toward the girl.
"Her names Evelyn,she was in my transfiguration class."Lilly said wiping her eyes."I heard her scream and ran but it was to late the death eater had already gotten her.
Eden lay a comforting hand on her.
"It will be ok I'm sure."Eden said softly.
At the hospital wing Lilly paced the room waiting to see what happened to Evelyn.
Dumbledore came and pulled her aside speaking to her.
Eden watched her expression go from scared,horrified and then pure sadness.
She walked over just as James and Sirus came in.
James ran over to Lilly just as she fell on the floor crying.
James bent down and pulled her to him letting her cry.
It was a sight to see.
the two that always fought now holding each other.
Sirus stood next to Eden watching as tears trailed down her face.
"Evey you ok?"Sirus asked softly.Eden shrugged.
Sirus reached anf brushed a tear from her eye.
It sent some sort of comfort for her.Eden leaned on Sirus's shoulder and watched Lilly and James,tears silently streaming down her face.
When Lilly fell asleep in James arms.Eden helped bring her to the girls dorm.
Sirus smiled at her before making his leave.
Eden sighed lying down in bed.Her heart was heavy with the weight of despair.She checked to make sure Lilly was asleep.She closed her ees2 wiping them
before reopening them
Eden wandered aimlessly around the school before she came to The forbidden forrest.She walked over a large log,the leaves crunching beneath her School shoes.
Eden sat against a log.
She could no longer bare to feel this way.Empty.
It was a bitter cold feeling.
Eden tryed to shake it off but couldnt.
When she turned she realized why.
Eden Mustered up the meanest glare she had.
"Hello.Father."She said metallically.
