Chapter 16

Sirus P.O.V
Sirus heard the scream pulling back his ears as it broke his eardrums.He pushed forward very aware that Peter had joined them.He didn't care at the moment but once he got Eden,Peter would die.
Sirus finally made it to the clearing to find Remus a chunk of Edens wing in his mouth feathers spread on the ground.
Sirus shifted to his normal form as the sunrise slowly rose over him.Remus's body cracked and turned evily until the boy reappeared.
"The L-lake."He spoke horasly.
Sirus nodded and ran jumping into the cold water.He swan around in red water.He dove down until he saw a figure lying on the bottom of the lake.He came to the figure and hoisted her over his shoulder.He couldn't see her but felt her bloody arm stick to his shirt.
He swam up pushing with his legs as her weight tried to drag him down.He was running out of breath when two sets of hands hoisted them up.
Sirus coughed as James pulled Eden onto the grass.
"She's barely breathing."
He said as began to work on his cpr.
Remus wiped His face wearily.
"I'm so sorry Sirus."
He cracked.
Sirus shot him a look."Get a proffesor."
Sirus glanced at Peter standing figity at the tree.
"Tell them we have a big ordeal on our hands.
Remus nodded sprinting into the woods.
Sirus got up as James countiued to pound on Edens chest.Her wet hair stuck to her face pale.
"You let him kill Willow why are you back here,Pete?."He sneered.
The boy stared at his hand."I want t-to b-be back in t-the g-g-group."
Sirus exploded.He wound up his hand and dove his fist into Peters face."She's dead because of you!" He screamed.
"Eden will be dead to if you don't come over here and let me handle Peter." Jane's warned.
Sirus shakily gathered himself.For good measure he took out his wand and sliced the rats arm.
He cried out as Sirus hurried to Eden.

Edens head shot up blood and water spitting from her pale lips.Her eyes stayed closed and she fell back.Sirus held onto the back of her head gently as she laid on his arm. How could he be so stupid to get mad at her and cause this to happen. Sirus turned to Peter.The boy was in James's hold.James turned to Peter hurt in his eyes.
"What did we do for you to hurt Chloe and get Willow killed."
Peter laughed vehmently."Killed? She wasn't killed."He hissed.
Sirus straightned his shoulders."I held her dead body I think she's dead."He spat.
Peter shook his head clenching his fist."No she is not she has a worse fate."
Sirus looked at the boy intently."What are you speaking of wormtail?"
"Willows thirty years into the future who knows if she passed her first year with you as a thirty year old man."he hissed.
Sirus had to hold back with every ounce of strength in him not to draw his wand and kill Peter.
"Explain what your saying Peter."
"The dark lord wanted you to feel pain and betrayal,Unaware that Willow was washed up on the black lake in the future.Voldermort will attempt to use her as a item to collect the chosen child.She won't realize that she is a tool in his plan and will lead us to the chosen boy."
James's face turned dark.He shoved Peter against the trunk of a tree.
"You narly little rat.I will strangle you."
A crack sounded and James spun around.The death eater that had left wounds in them all stood before them.
Sirus stood.
"Don't worry Sirus I'm not here to hurt the girl she's on my side."
James and Sirus pretended to be suprised."What?!"
Jame sneered.
The death eater brushed back his hair ignoring them."I forgot to introduce myself.I'm Needlewood is what I'm called ."
Needlewood inched forward."Wormtail you disappoint me.Why have you failed the dark lord?"He asked blunty as Peter squirmed from James's grip."Give me the rat,boy and I will spare you."

Jaames stood his ground shaking his head.One arm was wrapped around Peters throat the other extended toward Needlewood.
The man laughed darkly."Have it your way boy."He mused.
Needle wood flicked his wand and before James could respond he flew backward slamming into the ground.
Sirus pulled out his wand."You leave us alone."Sirus warned."Peter will die and I don't want you interfering with that."Sirus barked.
Needlewood laughed before grabbing onto Peters arm."He wasn't lying Sirus my dear boy,Willow is alive."Sirus stood there for a moment realization dawning on him she was alive."No."He said roughly.Sirus struck his wand but but before the spell hit them there was a crack and The two flooed away.
Sirus looked angrily ,mournfully at the place where Peter had stood.He shoved away the guilt and kneeled beside Eden as Proffesors came running through the woods."What happend?!"
Proffesor Dumbledor asked glancing around the scene.Sirus simply shook his head glancing at Remus on the verge of tears.
