Searching for happiness nowadays is so hard
Often leading to the awful taste of broken hearts
Drunken happiness filling up your glass
You swallow it all up to drown out the past
Smoke of tranquility escape your lungs and your mouth
Sucking it right back in until you zone out
Trying to match the colors of the crowd
But you are something different, you stand out
Alcohol and cigarettes won't solve your problems
But who can we blame if you just want to be like them?
