Control

Corporis began to walk around the room cautiously. Even though his primary senses were of no use to him, the male knew that if he could get near one of the items in the room that he could map it out in his head. However, that plan failed.

After a few laps around the room he noticed something. This would be that everything that was once there had somehow vanished. At first he didn't want to admit it but finally gave in. The male took a seat in the middle of the room or what he assumed to be the middle. He just continued to remain seated, unsure of what was going to happen and only had the option of waiting for it to happen. So, he waited.

There wasn't anything to do, smell, hear, taste, touch, or see. Everything that once was became nothing in mere seconds.

The white padded room was now a pitch black wide open space. His home which once had limitations, then had none. Both of them had their own blessings and their own curses. Both would send an individual mad or mentally insane. Either of them could have done horrible and wonderful things. Which one occurs all lies upon the user's:

Control.

Without it, Corporis will slowly fall apart in the room all by himself. And he did.

"Stay calm. It'll be over, eventually..." Corporis said to himself.

All alone, with no idea of what the future held, the male was starting to go insane. He started off in the same manner taken when Anima left the room, was cool, calm, collective. There was no reason for fear and thus no possibilities of panic. Why? Because it was a test and he had known that is was. He kept that thought in mind which gave him hope that soon freedom from this darkness will come. When? There was no clue but if he crumbled now, then there would've been no point in his resolve after the conversation had earlier.

"Reasons. There must be reasons. Maybe it's to see if I'll go insane, perhaps its to see if I can find something. Maybe to test my hearing. Perhaps to sharpen my taste to gasses in the air, or to smell things that are said to have no odor. Surely, there must be, a...Reason."

However, as the first day past so did his patience. His mind began fall apart from the many thoughts as theories rushed in and out of Corporis' head about the reasons behind this test. Failure to come up with a possible answer lead him to talk to himself. So he spouted out foolish reasons that made no logical or even illogical sense. Luckily, the male caught himself. Soon he realized that all of the increased stress only made him weaker and used up too much unnecessary energy.  Thus, he turned off his mind.

"Too much energy, perhaps I should just sleep. When I wake up it'll be over."

It was a stupid idea and another failure to realize that it is, was made. But if Corporis didn't want to learn from past mistakes, then he had to be taught another way. The route taken was common to most, pain. Self-inflicted, pain.

The male couldn't find sleep. How could he? Even though he turned his mind off, kept his eyes closed, and wasted energy prior to attempting sleep, it did not happen. His anxiousness surpassed his depleting patience. And it was only a matter of moments before he'd explode, if the male stood still.

"Keep moving."

Remaining seated was an option that had gotten denied. Instead of continuing to sit down in the room, Corporis went for a walk. He had no idea where he was going or where he'd end up. But for sure the male knew that there was no possible way a small room could've turned into an open space. There had to be an exit is what the male thought.
