This is a common cover and I really like it, so I'm showing you how to do it.
First, as always, go to picmonkey.com

Press edit and open the cover base below. It's literally a white base that you can use for any cover you want to make:

Then go to google, in a new tab, and look up a solid, ombre, or color block background. Save it and go back to picmonkey. I chose a really pretty ombre background.

Adjust it to fit the whole base. Then press the combine button at the top.
