▷ font shadows

So recently I found a way to make your text have a shadow,because that's something you can't really do on picmonkey. It's super easy.

So fist, open picmonkey.com and press edit twice. It'll open a blank square background. No need to crop or anything. Then go to Text and add the font you want. I chose Magnolia Sky.

Make the background transparent by going to Canvas Color and selecting 'Transparent Canvas'

Now press the combine button on the bottom.

Now goto the wand and scroll down until you see Focal Soften.

Adjust he settings to match the one in the picture below:

Make sure that the focal thingy is off of the font so it doesn't have a weird clear part like this:

Because that is wrong.

Now finally save the image.

Once it it saved, press the undo button twice, so you can edit the text again. Don't adjust the size or anything, just change the color to what you prefer. I chose white.

Combine, then save it.

Finally, go back to canvas color and make it transparent. Open both of your pngs and adjust them to fit your preference. I put the shadow to the side of the text. Your final result should look something like this:

You can add this to your cover or whatever when you are finished. Hoped this helped.
