Chapter 3: The deal

Embers P.O.V

We walked into Endercon all dried off from swimming. When we do enter the first thing thats noticeable. Is a giant enderman with a fireworks coming out of the back. With Axel and Olivia in front of it, they turn around and seen us. "Jesse!" Olivia shouted, then they notice us behind her."...and... Petra? Em?" Jesse was the first to replied."Hey, you all know Petra, Em...my new super-close friends." Pet groaned and smack her hand to her forehead. While I glare at her and my body stand screaming 'are you serious?'. Also her friends gave her a 'we don't believe you' look.

"We ran into each other while I was looking for Reuben." She admit."Oh what happen to his eye?" Olivia ask."A zombie punch him if Petra and Em didn't come when they did. We would have been spider and zombie bait. If they didn't find us." Axel looked over at Petra and me. "What were you guys doing in the woods Petra? Em?" Petra respond with."Nothing just-" I cut her off saying."Drawn by the sound of Jesse's high-pitched screams." Jess glared at me. I glared back mouthing 'you deserve it'. She stop glaring and looked away looking slightly scared."Hey Em,Jesse. Its time to go see about that-thing." Jesse replied with. "Oh right, the 'thing'". 

I just smack my forehead it was has subtle has a-my train of thought was cut off by Olivia saying."Subtle. As a punch to the face." She stated. "Read my mind." I mumble she must of heard me because. She looked at me kinda of surprise but continued with what she was saying."Axel and I were gonna head into Endercon anyway, see you in there?" Then Axel said."I heard somebody saying that there's free cake by the map both!" They both left. Petra grabbed Jess by the arm and pulled her away. Me following them. "Hurry, were supposed to meet in the ally way over there." She said we walked into the ally way to the back. Stopping next to a chest, no one was around.

"That's weird..." Pet said to her self."He said the alley close to the gates, but hes not here. Maybe hes late." "Are you sure that THIS is the dark,creepy alley he meant?" Jess asked."...I was..." She turned towards us and said. "New plan. You and Em stay here just in case this IS the spot he meant, and I'll look around." "Something about this feels off to me." Jess said nervously. "All of our secret deals feel of." I said. "Don't worry, I'll be back before you know it, and if he shows up while I'm gone. Just stall for me." Pet said before she left she gave me a look saying.'everything is going to be alright' then she left. Me and Jess sat there in awkward silence. 

She notice the chest and when closer to check it out. I moved to stop her to tell her not to. Before I could tell to stop, a familiar voice said."AHEM!" Jess screamed and hid behind. Scaredy cat, anyways I looked to see Ivor with a green robe, Brown shirt and pants, with his blue belt buckle, and his black hair greasy. "And just who are YOU two?" He asked angrily." I'm Em, Petra's partner she mention me to you right?" I asked. "Ah yes and her?" He asked still anger. "This is Jesse she just tagging along." I said. "I am supposed to meet with you and Petra. Not just you and...whoever this is! Give me one good reason why I shouldn't walk out of here right now!?" He yelled. "I just happen to know that you need this skull badly for tonight...unless you have some one else willing to get you the skull before tonight is over. I suggest you be willing to wait a few more minutes." I said to Ivor.

"Do you have the skull?" He asked."Petra has it. But she'll be back any minute now." I said."Well if she has it, it would kill me to wait a minute longer." He said eyeing me suspiciously. Oh no, he hasn't sense my aura already...Right?

(A/N Ivor might be a little out of charter in this part just letting you know. Just in case he)

Ivor's P.O.V

I don't mind waiting, this time I don't because. It's just this girl, Em I can sense auras, because. I had to teach...Ember...it, and this girl has the exact same aura as her. The way she talks made me clam little by little, and only Ember could do that. Also her eyes even though most people can't see them because of her hood, and shadows. I can even though her eyes are purple. She as the same fiery glint in her eyes as Embers did. She had magic so she can change her appearance. Including eyes, I'll have to test her to find out if I'm right."You look...familiar." I told her on purpose to see how she reacts. Her whole body tense, her arms and legs stiffen when I said that."A lot of people say I look familiar." She said sounding nervous her friend looked at her in shock. I guess she doesn't get nervous a lot. 

I purposely drop a few potions and let them roll to her. She bend down and picked them up. She looked at them and then back at me."Why would you have a potion of harming, blindness, and slowness?" She asked. "You never know whats going to happen." I told her and slowly took the potions back from her. After I got the potions back. I took a step forwarded and said. "Are you sure we never meet before?" I asked aging. "Y-yes positive." She said, her friend staring at her with even more shock. I just kepted staring at her to see if it was really her.

Jesse's P.O.V

Ok this is getting wired. Em is getting nervous and stuttering!?!? Well its official...IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD!!! I mean look at her she is actually scared! Of him!! And its hard to get her scared. Believe me, me and the others have tried and failed horrible. So it has to be the end of the world has we know it. Well get the coffins and fire ready. Because we will all be dead!! GOOD BEY CRUEL WORLD!!!

Embers P.O.V 

Petra you better be here soon. Before he fingers it out. If you don't I'll take your sword, break it in half, and throw it off the nearest cliff!!! "Ivor." I turn around to see Petra. I let out a breath of air I was holding. I walked over to her with Jess."Here she is." He said his eyes glance at her then back to me. Then he focus on Petra. "Have you got what I want?" He asked. "Only if you got what we want." Jesse said, oh my god Jesse you just made things worse."Yow never mention her Petra. You talked about hood over there. But never about her, if that the kind of people you associated with. Then I'll call the deal off." He said."Jesse is cool. Right Jesse?" She ask."I'm cool."She said."See were all cool!" Pet said. "Very well then lets continued." He said, Pet got the skull out, and hand it to him. Then he started to examine it."I'll take that diamond now." Pet said."Take it. You both have earned it." He said and point to the chest from early. We walked over to the chest and opened it."...Uh, this isn't a diamond." Jesse stated. Pet replied angrily."No, its lapis! I can't believe that guy did that to us." "After him!" I shouted, and wee all took off after him.

Hey guys its me sorry its taking so long to update. My computer stop working and it took forever to get back. Also theres alot of other things going on at home. Right now and its all getting stressful right now. Not writing the story's I love doing this, just trying to keep up with all of this. Thats all so pleas be patine with me for this next little while.
