Hours passed, Arthur soon awakening from his nightmare. His body was in a cold sweat and it felt numb and ice cold. He breathed heavily as if he hadn't been breathing for days and he felt as if he hadn't slept a bit.

Arthur noticed a dim light coming from the window, seeing daybreak and the sunrise creating new and fresh light. He hadn't noticed Lewis until a nurse addressed him. She said physical therapy would be today, and Lewis nodded softly. Arthur turned from the window, on his right side, facing away from Lewis as well. Surely, Lewis wouldn't want a thing with him, right?

Arthur laid there for an hour more, drifting in and out of a endless sleep cycle, before two nurses brought the two of them breakfast, something Arthur hadn't had in a while. He sat up, and picked out what he wasn't going to eat, leaving him eggs, toast, and Jell-O. He loved the was Vivi had made breakfast but he knew he wouldn't get that anymore.

Arthur ate, then set the food to the side, his body being very weak, it being almost too hard to stand. He hated this. With a passion. He wanted to be out and about, even if he didn't have his, what used to be, friends. They hated him anyway. He hadn't noticed how little he had started to eat. He ate little breakfast, lunch, and the smallest amount for dinner. Lewis noticed, unintentionally, but his anger held him from telling, even if he started to become worried.

The day passed like any other, snickers and demeaning comments from Lewis, nurses changing his bandages, and the ceiling and bed being his only friends. He then heard a familiar female voice, Vivi. He wasn't in the mood to get glares, but then he heard a jingle. Mystery. Mystery walked up to Arthur's bed and hopped onto it, Arthur sitting up and getting a face full of kisses, causing Arthur to giggle.

"Hey, Mystery!" Arthur smiled, this being the first time in months. Mystery seemed just as happy to see him as well.

It was as of the day went by faster as Mystery kept him company. The two talked, as Mystery was definitely no ordinary do with a blog. It soon turned 5, and Arthur had finally eaten all of his lunch and dinner, with a little coaxing from Mystery. He hadn't noticed that Lewis was gone until the nurse brought him back in the wheel chair. Mystery was laying on the bed, snuggled up to Arthur's side, keeping him warm. Vivi decided to let Mystery stay the night, as she had things to do.

"Did she leave you food?" Arthur asked softly so only Mystery would hear. Mystery nodded, looking at the bag across the room, it being set on a chair. "Good..."

A couple more hours passed before the sun finally set, leaving Arthur to softly hug Mystery as he drifted into a deep sleep.

"Lewis, no!" Arthur yelled, tears streaming down his eyes, as someone that looked exactly like his pushed Lewis off the side of the Cliff.

Arthur tried to grab Lewis's hand, but he was just out of reach as Lewis fell deeper into the dark abyss. He felt a sudden sharp spark of pain in his left arm, then blood. He slowly looked at his left arm, seeing Mystery with his now detached left arm in his mouth. He wish he could have screamed but he couldn't as he grasped his arm, blood gushing out in quick spurts.

"A-arthur?! M-mystery?!" Vivi exclaimed from behind, fear and worry in her eyes.

Arthur slowly looked back, not wanting to say anything, but only wanting to cry, bawl into Mystery's soft fur.
