First of all, Kyoya had to confirm that his brother didn't want to marry a girl he never knew. At first he objected, saying he didn't see what was wrong. Kyoya explained that he and (y/n) were in love and that she didn't want to marry him. It took some convincing, but he got his brother to agree with the plan, but not without a stern warning about what might happen if their father found out.
The next step was finding out the details about the wedding. Luckily, this was all to easy for Kyoya. They had the date, time place, everything.
Now, everyone would get jobs. You would just show up and act normal. Honey and Mori would make sure the fathers stay distracted so they wouldn't notice the swap. The twins would form backup plans incase something were to go wrong. Haruhi would think up every possible scenario and help the twins with planning. Tamaki just sat and 'helped' Haruhi. The plan was ready for the big day.
