*Dan's P.O.V.*

Candy was fixing my tie for me to go on this date with Madeline.

"Dan hold still." Candy said.

"I didn't move." I said.

"Alright, done." Candy said. Candy had a pink sulk dress on and it was so hot on her...

"Dan!!" Candy said.

"Sorry!!" I said. Candy sighed.

"You should get going. You can't keep a girl waiting." Candy said.

"Are you going to be okay?" I asked.

"Don't worry I'm going to be at the studio with Blake recording so, just go have fun on your date." Candy said smiling.

'She was going to be with Blake? That's supposed to reassure me?' I thought. Then Candy frowned. "What's wrong?" I asked.

"You don't wanna go do you? I understand but, you can't just wait on me forever." Candy said.

"Candy... I'm telling you. I can wait. I'll go but, I'm leaving loving you and coming back loving you." I said and walked out the door. I got in my car and drove to Madeline's house.

*Candy's P.O.V.*

"Why do I feel like this? I feel sad..." I sighed. "Am I falling in love with Dan? Even if I am I'm not ready for a relationship. But, if I'm in love... maybe I am ready. I'll just talk to Dan about it when he gets back." I said grabbing my coat and walking to the studio. I opened the door and saw Blake. "Blake!!" I said running over to him.

"Oh, what's up Candy?" Blake asked.

"Nothing much. I was wondering if we could-" Blake cut me off.

"You wanna go on a date don't you?" Blake said.

"No. I just wanted to ask if we could record today... but, never mind you made it awkward..." I said then sighed.

"What would you like miss?" A bartender asked.

"Just a water please, I don't want my friend to get worried if he walks in and I'm passed out on the couch looking crazy." I said.

"Wait, you can have a drink and hang at my place." Blake said.

"Nah, I'm alright." I said.

"Come on Candy, live a little." Blake said nudging me with his elbow.

"Alright, alright. A shot of vodka please." I said to the bartender. She nodded and quickly gave me the shot.

"I'll pay for it so don't worry about it. Drink as much as you want." Blake said drinking something that I think was soda. I took the shot and asked for another.

*Dan's P.O.V.*

I got to Madeline's house just in time. I got out of the car and walked up to the door and knocked.

"Coming!!!" Madeline said and soon opened the door to reveal her in a sweetheart black dress with white bows on the top of the dress. "Ready?" Madeline asked now standing in front of me.

"Yeah, let's go." I said as we walked towards my car. I opened the door for Madeline after she got in I got in the driver's seat.

"So, Dan. I know you really didn't wanna go on this date but, I just want you to know I hope we have fun! It doesn't even have to be a date." Madeline said smiling at me.

"Thanks Madeline." I said as I drove off.

I was in Blake's car. I think he was talking but, I wasn't really paying him any attention. I was too busy 1) Trying to control my drunkness. And 2) I was thinking about Dan.
