Chapter 10: Progression

"Hey, Harbinger..." Haakan began to ask. "Sup?" Of course, I thought they were aware of that technique, until he said this. "What the hell?" I figured he'd ask. "You really didn't know about that?" I seriously thought he knew. "Of course we didn't what was that?" He seemed to have both a tone of shock and fright.

 "It was my Ricochet Press. But trust me, that's nothing. I've created techniques that are much worse. If the time comes, you'll figure it out." Just as I said that, we came across what seemed to be a lustrous cave filled with crystals from purple to crimson. "What is this?" We were completely baffled, and our curiosity compelled us to enter this cave. "Is there an exit to this place...?" All Azric wanted was just to leave this place. We didn't understand; this place is simply beautiful.

"Lighten up, will you? We'll find the exit, don't worry." Azric is so serious sometimes, it gets annoying. However, there was no exit in sight. "Maybe we should come up with a stra-" I was interrupted by the clashing of blade-against-wall. "Azric, would you calm down for two seconds? That's not the kind of strategy I was talking about!"This is the part where I get irritated.

We decided to try and get into to what we call a Boosted State, where we simply power to max in our normal state. When our Spiritual Aura's capacity (or just strength or power, if you want to be simple about it) was at maximum, we channeled its capacity to our hands and fired what seemed to be vibrant blue flame from mine and crimson flame from his. However, in actuality, it was pure, raw Spiritual Capacity, (Again, or just power if you want to be simple about it) manipulated into a wave of aura. As I stated before, each Spiritual Aura has it's own individual color: mine is a vibrant blue, outlined by a scarlet color, Haakan's is a crimson color, and Azric's is a midnight blue.

I have also stated that there are different forms of Spiritual Auras. There are Burning Auras, which are flame-like in appearance, whereas mine is a Burning Aura, Spherical Auras, which are self explanatory, whereas Azric's is a Spherical Aura, and Discharge Auras, which are simply pure electricity, whereas Haakan's is a Discharge Aura. That's basically all there is to tell. Anyways, we made our way to the next area, still in search of our way out...
