1. First Encounters
"You look like a fucking girl." Liam snorted, taking a swig of his now empty beer bottle.
"well yeah, that was kinda the point fucker." Liz laughed, throwing her head back in laughter.
"Niall, mate, you pull it off great. Especially with you're tattoos all hidden under the sleeves - we could put a wig on you and i bet you'd get some numbers." Jake cooed, wiggling his eyebrows with a smirk.
"you're all a bunch of dicks, now can i take it off!" they all burst into laughter except Niall, because no, Niall couldn't take off the dress till midnight - Liz had made that clear when Niall chose dare.
"Niall, Niall, Niall." Liam shook his head, a smirk growing on his face "y'ah already know the rules mate. If you pussy out you have to go to Brigg's dorm and sleep in her bed naked, just like Liz has to go knock on the Jesus freak's dorm shirtless, and how Jake has to go make out with that one chick from his sociology class that tries to hard and well - you lot already know mine so why don't we hurry up, 'm starving.
Niall grunted, running a hand through his hair. "fine" he huffed, turning to Liam with a smirk. "Truth or Dare, Liam?"
"Dare."
Niall's smirk only grew as he held his hands in front of him, with only the pads of his fingertips touching one another while his eyes flickered to Liam and the door. "you know that chick at the end of the hall - Dorothea?" Liam nodded his head slowly, eyebrows furrowed as he tried to figure out where Niall was going with this.
"well i dare you to go fuck her." Niall shrugged, crossing his arms over his chest. Liam knew exactly why Niall had dared that. They all knew although Liam was covered in tattoos and sent who ever even glanced his way a deathly glare, that Liam never used women - never fucked with their feeling because although he had changed so many years ago, the part were he actually had respect for women never did.
Liam stood up, pulling his shirt over his head before stepping out if his shoes and tugging off his sweats, leaving him in boxers and a pair of socks. He turned to Niall with a glare, copying Niall's standing position. "which dorms are the freshmen in again?" he questions, eyebrow raised.
"Casa de Oro"

"Sage Ellis, you've literally been on that thing for three hours straight! Come with me to the kitchenette and lets have some ramen noodles yeah?" Sage sighed, nodding her head and setting her laptop down on the bed beside her.
"Just Sage is fine" she smiled, walking towards the open door where Rachel waited patiently.
"Right, sorry"
Its not that she didn't like people, its just that she was used to being alone and quiet when in unfamiliar or uncomfortable surroundings. Usually she was quite loud and energetic, but with Arizona being such a big place and the fact that she knew close to no one wasn't really helping her adjust to the college life.
She thinks that's why she chose ASU West, its more quiet and has less people then the Downtown campus or Tempe. It feels like it's own small town and that eases Sage's nerves.
The hall is quiet as they make their way to the kitchenette, the faint sound of someone crunching loudly becoming clearer as they approached the doorway.
"you take a seat and i'll make the ramen yeah?" Rachel suggests with a bright smile as they walk into the kitchenette. Sage smiles with a nod, taking a seat on the center table.
"Hi"
Sage jumps, not realizing someone else was in the room. The stranger had a half finished bowl of what looked like lucky charms, his cheeks stuffed with food. He sat shirtless, munching loudly before swallowing, scooping more charms onto the spoon and repeating his action.
He was covered in tattoos, all different sizes and colors. Sage wanted to ask him what the story behind the broken bottle above his heart or the two rubber ducks on his collar bone meant - but she'd be lying if she didn't say she was almost too scared to.
"Playing another game of truth and dare, Liam?" Rachel laughed lightly, setting two pots above the electric stove. Sage let out a relieved sigh knowing that this Liam guy hadn't been talking to her. It'd be quite awkward on Liam's hand to just watch as someone openly stared at your exposed-tattooed chest.
"You know it! But if you happen to see Niall and if he asks if you've seen me - just say you saw me running down the hall with an angry mob of girls chasing me." he chuckled, bringing the bowl up to his lips.
"will do."
Rachel sat a bowl of steaming noodles in front of her as she sent her an appreciative smile, the sweet aroma of five minute food filling her lungs.
"well gotta go Ray, see you tomorrow," Liam said, scooting his chair out and standing up.
She could hear his bowl being placed in the sink as she glanced up, dropping the fork into her bowl as she quickly turned away.
Liam was naked, not just shirtless but fully naked. Like ding-dong swinging back and forth naked.
What the hell is he doing naked in a fucking kitchenette.
Liam turns to the cause of the sudden sound, eye brow arched as he looks at the girl he hadn't noticed before. "she new?" He asked Rachel, watching as the girl looked everywhere but him. She wasn't bad looking - brunette hair with light tan skin. Her hair pushed back in what look like an attempted messy bun but came out more messy than anything he'd seen in his life.
Rachel nodded, shoving a fork full of noodles into her mouth. Liam walks to the fridge, opening the door and grabbing a water bottle before turning back to the girl. "Well hi, I'm Liam" he said, giving her a small smile.
The girl made somewhat of a strangled noise, nodding her head slightly in Liam's direction. Liam scoffed, he had known girls who were like her. Who wouldn't look at him - I mean yeah, he was naked but the door of the fridge was covering his boy bits and the least she can do is look at someone while they're talking to you. 'She's probably just some stuck up rich girl, or some judgmental bitch' Liam thought, nodding his head slightly.
'most likely a judgmental bitch'
"Well i'm heading out Ray, it was nice to meet you... new girl." Liam shrugged, beginning to walk towards the door that leads to the hallway. "S- Sage. Her names Sage." Ray stated as he rolled his eyes, smirk plastered on his face. "Till she learns to talk for herself, she's just the new girl. Bye!" and with that, Liam exited down the hall to grab a pair of sweats he stashed in the community room.
