"So you're most definitely going to go - right." Miranda pressed, her eyes almost begging as Sage sighed, nodding her head slowly. "As long as I get to bring a second party," Miranda nods, checking her phone quickly before returning her attention back to Sage.
"I'll text you the details later, have to go - Louis is waiting for me on the other side of campus so," She smiled, giving Sage a quick one armed hug before quickly making her way through the small crowd of people.
"I hope this seat isn't taken," Sage jumps slightly, a wide grin spreading across her cheeks as she turns to find Zayn, stealing a bite from her salad as if they'vebeen friends for years. " Well, it is now isn't it." She retorted, sliding her plastic tray towards Zayn as he continued to much on her croutons.
"So," Sage started, watching as Zayn pulls his sketch book out of his bag. "I was wondering, if you were free this Friday?" Sage bit her lip, her hands clasped in front of her as Zayn raised an eyebrow, nodding his head slowly.
"Then you have no excuse to not accompany me to this new club that opened up," Zayn chuckled lightly, shrugging his shoulders. "d'love to." Zayn replies, continuing to move his pencil swiftly around the paper.
Sage watches intently, her eyebrows furrowed when she realizes that his drawing is a combination of letters, reminding her of something she's seen back home on all the train carts.

"Have a nice day," Sage smiled politely, handing the stranger their muffin and coffee before turning to tidy the counters slightly. "I knew hiring you would be an investment," Sage jumps, relaxing slightly when she turns to find Donny leaned against the staff door.
"Since you came here we've got an increase in customers, plus it's kept Niall on his toes." Donny chuckles, his eyes roaming around the small building. "Speak of Niall - where the hell is that twerp."
As if on cue, the small jingle of the cafe's door sounded, the loud sound of Irish laughter filling up the quiet place of business. "i can't believe you guys really just did that!" Niall shouted, shaking his head toward his two best mates. Sage sighed slightly, handing Donny her apron before heading towards the staff room to retrieve her things.
"Niall, calm down - it wasn't that funny." Harry chuckled lightly, mouthing a small 'sorry' to the couple beside them. Niall shrugs, a large dopey smile replacing his laughter as he hops over the counter. Donny raised an eyebrow towards Niall, handing him the apron before turning towards Harry and Liam.
"'ou guys going to buy something or am i going to have to force you to help out again?" Harry rolled his eyes, ordering a small coffee as Liam waited patiently. In the other room, Sage quickly tapped away at her phone, gently pushing the staff door open with a small giggle.
M: This place smells like coffee, which I'm craving now - what i get for being your friend.
S: What did you expect? I work at a coffee shop you idiot.
M: Just hurry up so i can buy a coffee and we can goooo
She typed back quickly, wondering back towards the counter. "Hey Niall, think you can make me a quick coffee?" She mindlessly called, the wide smile dropping from her lips as she looks up to find the one person she definitely didn't want to see.
"Yeah no problem S," Niall called back, totally unaware of the two's harsh glares towards each other.
"Sage."
"Liam."
Harry looked between the two, his eyebrows furrowed. "Um," he started, the crease between his brows increasing as the two don't give him any mind.
"Sage, did you order me a coffee?" Miranda asks, her smile faltering slightly as she looks at the two tattooed strangers. Sage turns to Miranda, a small smile plastered on her face as she gives her a small nod, pushing past Liam towards the pick-up spot.
Liam clenches his fists as he turns back to face Harry, his eyes trained on Sage. "You know each other I'm guessing?" Harry tries, waving a hand in front of Liam's face. "And you don't like her - is she the judgmental bitch?"
Liam furrows his eyebrows, giving Harry a small nod as he continues to watch Sage over Harry's shoulder, talk and laugh with Niall as if they've known each other for ever.
Harry followed his view, cocking an eyebrow. "She doesn't look judgmental."

"That guy was so hot! And he totally likes you!" Miranda squeaked, plopping herself down on the carpeted dorm floor. Sage smiled shyly, placing the bowl of popcorn down too as she shrugs, a small blush creeping onto her cheeks.
"He is pretty hot huh?" Miranda screamed, tossing a handful of popcorn at her. "You little shit! You totally like him!" Sage rolled her eyes, shaking her head. "I just said he was hot - i don't actually know the guy - what if he's really a dick?"
Miranda shrugged her shoulders, "I don't think he is actually - I've seen him around campus and i'm like eighty percent sure he went to the same high school as me and he was always trailing behind those other to guys - Henry and Lenny? No, wait.."
Sage dropped her popcorn, eyes wide and eyebrows furrowed. "Liam?" She supplied, watching as Miranda shoots up, a wide smile placed on her lips. "Yeah! Liam and - Harry! They're pretty hot too. Liam transferred to school in like - Junior year? Lives with his sister and stuff. I wonder why he would want to come here though? He's from London - who in their right minds would want to leave London, right?"
Sage gave her a small absent minded nod, although everything that Miranda was saying was going in one ear and out the other, because all she could think about was a muscular man with a certain pair of fiery brown eyes.
i decided not to do anymore goals because it is sad when you don't reach them :)
