26 years have passed since the invasion of the ruthless Toxoids. Half of Earth's population have beem enslaved while the rest lived in poverty. 2046 : The year mankind finally received hope , someone who would defeat this evil. A hero the humans can relate to but also someone who wouldn't give them false hope. He is Kamen Rider Axiom.

Axiom jumps off his feet as he soar in the air and extends his right leg out , green data particals surrounding his body as he side kicks a buck Toxoid , causing it to melt and explose on the process.

[TARGET ELIMINATED!]

Kamen Rider Axiom then pulled his Data Disc out from his Driver as he dehenshins.

"Whew!" He caught his breathe , the day was a humid one and being under and being in his suit made him sweat. The area was secluded with no one in sight just the rubble of a abandon building when his smart phone began to ring. Rolling his eyes , he grumbled under his breathe when he saw who was calling him.
"Xavier?" He answers the call. "What is it?"

"Yo Haiden! Can you come over here right quick? There's something I gotta show ya." Said Xavier as he was looking at the news report on tv.

"Xavier , if it isn't important than I suggest you tell me now , before Collins gets on my ass."

"It is important."

Haiden sighed as he placed his fingers between his eyes , "Ok , I'll be right there."

"There's been another killing this week and we still don't know who it is!" The E.V.D's (Earth's Vigilant Division's) superior was not in a good mood. Annabelle Collins slammed her fist on the table in the command room as she heard of another killing has happened through this week.

"Superior Collins , I already sent a dispatch unit to find out what's going on." Annabelle's son , also known as the Division's sergeant , had responded with his hands behind his back. "Do you really think a Toxoid is doing this?"

Annabelle looked up at her son's face

"What if its not a Toxoid? It might be someone or something doing this. Let me handle this , and everything will be back to normal. If not , the criminal activity in this city will be greater than it is now."

"He does have a point , Annabelle." Said a voice from a giant globe moniter that sat in the middle of the office room.

"Yes , that may be true Arcane , but I just don't need anymore of this at the moment. All of mankind , captive again by some alien force , or worse...we would be extinct."

"Let Axiom handle it. I saw that he defeated another Toxoid today. " Arcane says in a happy tone , but Sgt. Collins scowls.

" Axiom , huh?" 'Of all people , she chose him? If it was me , the murders would've stopped by now...'

"It would be better than a whining child." The sergeant narrowed his eyes as he turned with anger and headed out the door , almost coliding with Annabelle's assistant , Evelyn Deja.

"Excuse you!" Evelyn back fired as she ran towards her boss , holding a cup of coffee in her right hand and a photo in the other. "Superior Collins! I got something for you!" Evelyn chirped happily as she extended her arm towards Annabelle as she set the coffe on the table.

"What is it?" Annabelle takes the picture out of Evelyn's hand and looks at it , "What on earth?"

On the photo was a robotic beast slicing a random citizen in half. "What is this?"

" Let me have a look." Arcane adjusts the cameras in the office , zooming onto the photo. "That....is a Carddroid."

"What is that?" Evelyn asked , tilting her head.
