Can't I be pretty?
Can't I be thin?
Can't I be smart?
Can't I just grin?
I want to be normal.
I want to be free.
I want to love myself.
I want to feel like myself.
Controlling is what I am
I want control over myself
Over what happens to me
But that will never happen
It is not in the path for me.
