RinxGou - Missing You

"Brother!" Gou called, waving her arm. She hurried to him, wrapping her arms around his torso and hugging him tightly. He was pushed back but smiled down at her, until he saw the four from her school behind her. 

He growled and pried her from him, glaring. "What are you doing here? Why did you bring them?" 

She blinked, her eyes growing sad as she listened to him. She shook her head, looking back. "I was walking with them when I saw you. I didn't know you'd be around here, I'm sorry."

"Whatever, just go away. I'm busy and I don't have time to bother with them." 

Rin startled awake and rolled over from the wall his bed was against to be face to face with his sister, Gou. She smiled, her elbows on the edge and hands cupping her face, keeping her up. "Good morning, Rin. Sorry to bother you, but I just wanted to come see you."

He sighed and sat up, looking around. Nitori was gone and he was alone with her. She was wearing something simple and her hair was tied back "That's fine. How are you?"

Gou's eyes lit up and she smiled. "Good! I hope you've been taking care of yourself." She stood and sat next to him on the bed, her hands folded in her lap. He looked over at her, worried that something was wrong. "I miss you, now that you are staying here."

Rin scratched his head and took her hand, tangling his fingers between hers. "I'm sorry, Gou. I didn't mean to leave you alone."

She was about to speak when he pulled her down and wrapped his arms around her, holding her against his chest. He pressed his chin to the top of her head and tightened his arms. Slowly, she relaxed and snuggled to him, breathing out lightly.

"Thank you, Rin. Even if I'm with everyone else, I still miss you." 

He smiled and hugged her tighter, not wanting to let go. He was sorry for pushing her away all the time, and missed being this close with her. "Me too. I miss you too." She looked up and smiled, small tears forming in her eyes and he kissed her forehead.
