Part 5 - "You're Mine."

BETH'S P.O.V

This wasn't right. I shouldn't be doing this, not with Jay anyway.

Nathan is the one I love, more than anything. He's the one that risked everything for me. He went to prison for me, yet I nearly sleep with Jay... Again.

"Jay, don't." I mumbled against his lips, pushing off me.

Jay sighed slightly and smiled as Grace ran into the room, clutching a teddy bear in her left hand.

"Mummy! Where's Nathan?" she pouted, a cute frown forming on her face.

I chuckled slightly and moved even further away from Jay before picking Grace up gently.

"I've gotta go but me and Nathan will see you on Sunday alright?" I smiled slightly before pressing my lips against her forehead.

Grace nodded her head once and grinned happily as I placed her on Jay's lap.

"Beth please, can we just talk about this?" Jay begged, a pleading look in his eyes.

I sighed and shook my head. "No, you said we'd be talking before and look what nearly happened. No Jay," I murmured through gritted teeth before walking outside.

I couldn't get it out of my head.

What would have happened if I hadn't pushed Jay off me?

I shook my head and walked into the hotel room, to find Nathan sprawled out on the bed wearing only his boxers.

"Hey gorgeous." Nathan grinned, opening his arms to me.

I smiled slightly and walked over to him, lying in his arms.

"Where did you run off to then? I had to shower on my own." he pouted, nuzzling his nose into my hair.

There was no point of lying, he was going to find out sooner or later when Grace tells him.

"I, erm... I went to see Jay." I mumbled, biting down on my bottom lip nervously.

"What?" Nathan frowned, tightening his grip around me. "Why?"

I sighed and sat up, playing with Nathan's hair gently.

"He said he wanted to talk about Grace and how we should try being together again, me and him." I explained, looking down.

"And what did you say to that?" Nathan sighed, raising his eyes at me.

I sighed as well as I felt tears come into my eyes and mumbled "I didn't say anything... I kissed him."

"Y-You kissed him?" Nath barely whispered as his words got stuck in his throat.

"I-I'm sorry Nathan, it was a mistake and I pushed him off instantly." I said as tears began to flow down my cheeks.

"Did you do anything else?" Nathan mumbled, closing his eyes tight. I knew this was hurting him but I couldn't not tell him.

"No." I frowned. "It was one kiss, I promise baby." I put my hand underneath his chin and forced him to look at me.

I could see the hurt in his eyes and it was tearing me apart, knowing that I caused it.

Nathan nodded and pulled me onto his lap, wrapping his arms around my waist tightly.

"Just remember one thing, and one thing only?" he begged.

I nodded and stroked his hair gently. "Anything." I promise.

"You're mine, and only mine." Nathan growled deeply before pushing his lips against mine.

I gasped slightly but responded by kissing him back just as hard, running my fingers through his hair gently, knotting my hands.

"As much as I love you and I need to teach you a lesson." Nathan smirked cheekily.

Wow. I had never seen this side of him in the 6 years we've been together. It was very sexy if I'm honest.

He was controlling, demanding and in charge.

I flushed scarlet and bit down on my lip.

"I think I should go and pay Jay a visit first." Nathan sighed, his jaw tensing up.

I widened my eyes and shook my head

"Please Nath, please don't." I sighed, brushing my lips lightly over his.

"Come on, what's the worst that could happen?" Nathan chuckled, pushing me off his lap gently before pulling on jeans, hightops and a shirt, offering me his hand.

"I just want to him." Nathan shrugged, intertwining our fingers.

I nodded slightly and stood up, sighing quietly.

There was nothing I could do to stop Nathan going to see Jay, but this wasn't going to end well and I knew it.
