Things had changed massively since you last heard from me or Nathan.

Things have changed too much really.

Nathan and I are still together. Bet you didn't see that one coming did you?

I bet you thought once we'd moved to Brighton, that we wouldn't stay together, well we proved you wrong.

Only, it wasn't just me and Nathan now. There were three of us.

Well four, if you counted the father as a member of the family. Though Nathan didn't like the idea of that.

Yeah, that's right.

Nathan isn't the father of my only child.

Do you remember Jay? That one night I spent with him before I went to Brighton?

Well, that explains it.

Jay is the father of my child, who is now nearly 6 years old.

Our beautiful blue eyed girl, Grace.

She was exactly like Jay, same laugh, same curly hair and the same piercing blue eyes.

Grace still treated Nathan as a father figure, but I think that was only because Jay still lived in London.

Grace stayed at her dads, one weekend every two weeks. Though she did want to see him more, and Nathan didn't want that because he treated Grace as his own child.

And that's where it got me now.

Arguing with Nathan, again, about Jay.

Great.

BETH'S P.O..V

"Nathan, please." I sighed as I threw myself down on the sofa.

"I don't see why you have to take Grace, why can't Jay come down here?" Nathan moaned.

I ignored him and grinned as Grace ran into the living room, before I lifted her onto my lap.

"Are we going to Daddy's soon?" Grace asked, looking up at me.

"Yep, as soon as Nathan stops being moody pants." I giggled before looking at Nath.

"I'm not, I just worry about you." He mumbled before pressing his lips against mine.

Every time he kissed me, it felt like the first, even after being together for nearly 6 years.

"I know you do, but it's Jay for god sake, he won't let anything happen to me or Grace." I chuckled slightly.

As you have probably guessed Nathan is very protective of me and Grace, it was cute I guess.

But he could go overboard with it sometimes.

"Nathan is always moody." Grace giggled before sticking her tongue out.

I smiled as Nathan took her off my lap and started tickling her.

He may not be her real father, but he made up for it when Grace wasn't with Jay.

Nathan was great with her.

"Daddy's gonna miss you." Nathan sighed sadly, before turning his gaze to me.

"I'll be back tomorrow, and Grace will be back on Sunday." I smiled slightly.

I knew Nathan missed us both when we were away, but it's just the way things are.

I think he would get even more annoyed if Jay moved closer to us, though Grace would be happier I guess.
