Brooklyn's POV

I look Mikayla in the eyes.

"I can't believe you." I say.

"What?" Mikayla says, giving me a look.

"Your a clone. And you knew it."

"What? How did you figure that out!? Who the heck told told you?!?" She says loudly.

"Theres a experation code stuck on the back of your neck, under your ponytail and..."

"Trinity told me." I say, tears coming to my eyes when I say her name.

"I.. I would probably playfully get angry at Trinity right now. If she was alive."

I wake up in my bed. I shoot right up and gasp for air. Trinity isn't dead she will make it out of Victoria's lab, I'm just not sure if it's going to be the same..
I get up and climb out of the tree house. I hear Emily and Mikayla bickering again.

"We could have left with Trinity if you didn't run away like a chicken." Mikayla says.

"My fault? Its my fault now? Your so weak, you couldn't have saved her even if you tried!"

"I am not weak. You are!" Mikayla says and tackles Emily. They fall to the ground, punching each other.

"Stop it you two! You act like children!" I yell at them they stop fighting and get off of the ground.

"Did we wake you up?" Emily asks.

"No. I just had a nightmare. Then I heard you two fighting like little children." I say rudely.

"Shut up Brooklyn. Your the child who always talks about her dreams and nightmares. Who are you to judge?" Mikayla retaliates.

"Mikayla, stop being so mean to Brooklyn! Like come on!"

"I'm done with you two." I say and storm off into the forest.

"Brooklyn..!" Emily yells. I keep walking. I'm not sure where I'm going but, I'm not coming back anytime soon.

Emily's POV

"Great job Mikayla, now Brooklyn's gone!" I yell at her.

"That wasn't my fault! You aggravated me! That's why I said that!"

"That-- that doesn't even make sense Mikayla!"

"Sure it does!" She says.

"Ugh, I'm going out to find Brooklyn. Just stay here." I say coldly and run in the direction Brooklyn went in.

I hear her running. I see her stop by a tree.
I run towards her.

"Whats wrong Brook?" I ask.

"You two keep fighting. Not just about Trinity but.. you fight about everything." I say, remembering the dream I had and how Trinity was dead in it.

"I know. I don't know why we're still fighting.. we've tried to resolve things many times. It never works. Now that we've lost Trinity.."

"I get it that she's worried about Trinity but.. she may not even be alive." She says. I go quiet.

I start walking deeper into the forest. Brooklyn follows me.

"I think we should go back to Victoria's lab." I face Brooklyn and say that.

She nods in agreement.
